کاربرد تئوری صف در بهبود عملیات بنادر تجاری

بنادر در تمامی کشورها­ی دریایی به عنوان نقاط اتصال تجارت جهانی قلمداد می­شوند. مساله زمان انتظار و زمان خدمت­دهی به کشتی­ها از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار هستند. بر همین اساس در بنادر پر رفت و آمد، کشتی­ها ممکن است به علت محدودیت امکانات تخلیه و بارگیری حتی ماه­ها در لنگرگاه­ها، منتظر نوبت خدمت­رسانی بمانند. در واقع بنادر را می­توان به عنوان یک سیستم صف­بندی با پارامترهای پایه: نرخ ورود کشتی و نرخ خدمت­دهی به کشتی در یک واحد زمانی تعریف نمود. شاخص­های مناسب عملیات­های بنادر بر مبنای این پارامترها محاسبه می­شوند. این پژوهش به توصیف کاربرد تئوری صف در بهبود عملیات بنادر تجاری جهت کاهش زمان انتظار کشتی­ها می­پردازد. بر اساس این مطالعات می­توان نتیجه گرفت که تئوری صف می­تواند با تعیین الگوی ورودی مناسب، بررسی و تحلیل سیستم­های صف، کاهش زمان انتظار کشتی­های آماده دریافت خدمت سبب افزایش توان عملیاتی بنادر گردد.

Application of queuing theory in ports operation

Portsareconsidered asthe connection pointsof the world tradeinallmaritime countries. Hence, issue such aswaiting times andservicetimesof thevessels are considered very importance. On this basis of this in the congestedports, loading and unloading of vessels may take months in the queues due to the lack of loading facilities.In fact ports are considered as a queuing system characterized with basic parameters: the vessels arrival rate and the ship service at an observed unit of time.The appropriate indices of the port operations are computed on the basis of these parameters. Thisresearchhas described theapplication ofqueueing theoryfor improving theport'soperationsin order to reducewaiting timesof the vessels. On the basis of this study, it can beconclude thatqueuing theorycandeterminethe appropriateinputpattern, analysequeuingsystems, and reducewaiting times of vesselsreadyto be served in order to increase the throughput ofports.
