تاثیر سامانه اتوماسیون اداری بر افزایش کارایی، اثربخشی و بھره وری کارکنان آموزشی و پژوھشی نیروی دریایی

باتوجه به اھمیت به‌کارگیری اتوماسیون اداری در بھره‌وری کارکنان ھر سازمان یا شرکتی، این پژوھش با ھدف بررسی نقش به‌کارگیری اتوماسیون اداری در بھره‌وری کارکنان معاونت‌ھای آموزش و پژوھش نیروی دریایی در سال1396 انجام گرفت. برای این منظور از بین 257 نفر جامعه آماری، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با تخصیص متناسب و فرمول کوکران، نمونه ای به حجم 154 نفر انتخاب گردید. روش تحقیق این پژوھش از لحاظ ھدف از نوع کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ھا پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر شاخص‌ھای اثربخشی، کارایی و بھره‌وری بود که روایی آن با استفاده از روش محتوایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ،spss مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ھای آماری و بررسی فرضیه ھای فوق با بھره گیری از نرم‌افزاراز آمارھای توصیفی و آزمونھای استنباطی استفاده شد که در بخش توصیفی ضمن استخراج جداول فراوانی برای آزمون t-student ویژگی ھای نمونه، شاخص‌ھای مرکزی و پراکندگی متغیرھا و در بخش استنباطی از آزمون فرض‌ھا استفاده گردید. براساس نتایج بدست آمده ھر سه فرضیه محقق مورد تایید قرار گرفت. به عبارت دیگر نتایج نشان داد که بکارگیری اتوماسیون اداری بر اثربخشی، کارایی و بھره‌وری کارکنان معاونت‌ھای آموزش و پژوھش تاثیرداشته و این تاثیر بیش از حد « متوسط » بوده است.

Effect of the Office of Automation System on Increasing the Efficiency, Effectiveness and Productivity of Naval Educational and Research Staff

Considering the importance of employing office automation in the productivity of employees of any organization or company, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of automated administrative use in Navy productivity training and employee research in 1396. For this purpose, among 257 people in the statistical population, 154 people were selected using the appropriate sampling method and Cochran formula using the sampling classification method. The research methodology of this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive survey method. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire based on the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity indicators that its content validity was validated and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach Alpha. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the statistical data and to investigate the hypotheses using SPSS software. In the descriptive section, taking into account the frequency of sample characteristics, the central and scattering indices of the variables and in the inferential part The Tstudent test is used to test the hypotheses. Based on the results, all three hypotheses were confirmed by the researcher. In other words, the results showed that the use of office automation had an impact on the effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of the staff of the educational and research departments, and this effect was too &moderate&.
