بکارگیری فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp) در بررسی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید ترانزیت در بندر امیرآباد با رویکرد اقیانوس آبی

امروزه ترانزیت کالا یکی از پرسودترین تجارت‌های دنیا بشمار می‌رود و طبیعتا کشورهایی که در مسیر کریدورهای ترانزیتی قرار می‌گیرند، می‌توانند بیشترین بهره را از این تجارت ببرند. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه الگو توسعه ترانزیت با رویکرد اقیانوس آبی در بندر امیرآباد می‌باشد که با استفاده از تکنیک swot مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات بکاررفته پرسشنامه می‌باشد که در میان پنجاه نفر از متخصصین و فعالین بندری و دریایی توزیع و جمع‌آوری گردید همچنین روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد و نهایتا در نتیجه‌گیری مشخص گردید، استراتژی بندر امیرآباد در حالت تهاجمی قرار دارد.

Applying AHP in Investigating Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Transit Threats in Amirabad Port with Blue Ocean Approach

Todays, transit of goods is one of the most lucrative trades in the world, and naturally the countries that are in the path of transit corridors can benefit the most from this trade. The purpose of this study is presenting a model of transit development with the blue ocean approach in the Amirabad Port Special Economic Zone, in which the identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were analyzed using the SWOT technique. The data collection tool in this research is a questionnaire, which has been distributed and collected among fifty port and maritime specialists. Also, the research method is descriptivesurvey. After reviewing and during the mentioned steps, it was concluded that the strategy of Amirabad Port Special Economic Zone is in offensive state and for this reason, an offensive strategy should be applied.
