چالش های جنگ الکترونیک با ظهور فناوری های کوانتومی با تاکید بر رادارهای کوانتومی و امنیت داده ها

بواسطه ظهور فناوری های کوانتومی و توسعه و پیشرفت های رو به رشد آن، در آینده نچندان دور شاهد انقلاب جدید تکنولوژیکی و تغییر و تحول بزرگی در حوزه های مختلف علم و فناوری خواهیم بود که معادلات و مناسبات اقتصادی، سیاسی، نظامی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی را متحول خواهد نمود. در این میان مقوله جنگ الکترونیک بواسطه فناورانه محور بودن بشدت تحت تاثیر این فناوری ها قرار خواهد گرفت. و ماهیت جنگ های الکترونیک آینده تغییر خواهد کرد. از اینرو لازم است با آینده پژوهی و سناریونویسی فرصت ها و چالش های محتمل، بواسطه ظهور این فناوری شناسایی و تحلیل گردد و راه های مواجه با آنها بررسی و پیشنهاد شود. بر همین اساس در این پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از مقالات و منابع معتبر به جمع آوری داده ها در زمینه فناوری کوانتومی با تاکید بر رادارهای کوانتومی و امنیت داده ها و ارتباطات پرداخته شد سپس بعد از تحلیل داده ها و مصاحبه با خبرگان موضوع، عوامل کلیدی و نیروهای پیشران موثر نظیر رادارهای کوانتومی درهم تنیدگی، ارتباطات کوانتومی درهم تنیدگی، رایانه های کوانتومی، جمرهای کوانتومی شناسایی شد و با استفاده از تکنیک های سناریونویسی و به کمک نرم افزار سناریو ویزارد سه سناریوی محتمل تر در سه حالت بدبینانه، میانه و خوشبینانه با عناوین سناریوی دود کنده، سناریوی مرحله گذر و سناریوی عصر کوانتوم انتخاب شد و در پایان مقاله ارائه گردید.

Challenges of the electronic wars with the advent of quantum technology with emphasis on quantum radars and data security

AbstractWith the advent of quantum technology and its development and accelerating progress, in the near future, we will witness a new technological revolution and major changes in the various fields of science and technology that will transform the industrial, economic, political, military and cultural equations and relationships. In the meantime, the topic of electronic warfare due to being technologydriven will be greatly affected by these advances. And the essence of future electronic wars will change.Therefore, it is necessary to identify and analyze the opportunities and challenges with foresight and scenario writing and propose ways to counter them. Accordingly, in this study, using credible articles and sources, first, information on various types of stealth techniques and ways to counter them, then the capabilities of leading countries in the field of stealth aircraft as an offensive force and other forces as a defense force was presented and the future of this technology has been studied to the year 1410 SH. After analyzing the data and interviewing with the experts of this field, key factors and driving forces were identified. using scenario writing techniques with the help of scenario wizard software, three more likely scenarios in the form of pessimistic, moderate and optimistic were named smoked scenario, the transition stage scenario, and the quantum age scenario, respectively which were presented at the end of the paper.
