ارزیابی معیار‌های موثر بر انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان مواد اولیه مورد استفاده در صنایع دریایی با رویکرد پایداری

در دهه اخیر چگونگی تعیین مناسب ترین تامین کننده به عنوان یک عامل استراتژیک در زنجیره تامین مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تصمیم گیری در مورد تامین کننده مناسب نیازمند معیار‌هایی است که مناسب ترین تامین کننده را انتخاب نماید. بنابراین طراحی و انتخاب شاخص ها به عنوان ورودی مدل تصمیم گیری تاثیر مستقیمی برکارآیی مدل دارد. از طرفی با افزایش آگاهی های جهانی در رابطه با مساله پایداری و جهت گیری های دولتی، شرکت ها نمیتوانند نسبت به مسائل پایداری در کسب و کار بی توجه باشند به همین جهت سازمانها به تدریج مفهوم پایداری را در شرکت های خود به منظور تضمین مزیت رقابتی جذب می کنند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب تامین کننده پایدار ماده اولیه فنول فنیل اتوکسیلات و اولویت بندی معیارها است. این ماده اولیه در ساخت شوینده های صنعتی کاربرد دارد. این شوینده ها، آلودگی های ناشی از محصولات نفتی را از روی بدنه و عرشه کشتی پاکسازی می کند تا از خوردگی در بدنه و تجهیزات کشتی جلوگیری شود. ابتدا با استفاده از پرسشنامه دلفی فازی 14 معیار پایداری از میان معیارهای برگرفته از تحقیقات پیشین شناسایی شد، سپس با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل خاکستری اوزان هر یک از معیارها محاسبه شد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل شده در معیار اقتصادی قدرت مالی با وزن 0.099، در سطح رفاه اجتماعی رضایت مشتریان با وزن 0.086 و در بعد زیست‌محیطی لجستیک معکوس با وزن 0.017 بیشترین وزن را به خود اختصاص دادند.

Assessment of appropriate criteria on the selection of raw material suppliers used in marine industries with a sustainability approach

One of the ways to gain competitive advantage is to focus on the supply chain and improving it. The suppliers are an important component of the supply chain, which is why the quality of the final product depends heavily on the raw material of the product and the supplier’s performance. In addition, with increasing global awareness regarding the issue of sustainability and governmental orientation, companies can not ignore sustainability issues in business, therefore organisations gradually begin to attract the concept of sustainability in their companies, in order to guarantee competitive advantage. In fact, organizations add all aspects of sustainability involving economic, environment and society, to their entire business processes in order to maximize the value of their business. The appropriate operation of the suppliers will ensure the continuity of the supply chain. Considering the importance of sustainability and choice of suppliers in recent years, as well as the dependence of the sustainability and survival of today’s advanced societies on the chemical industry, selecting appropriate criteria of supplier with a sustainability is set as the goal of this study.Firstly, the criteria related to the studied industry have been identified by Delphi Fuzzy questionnaire, then the Weight of each criterion calculated using the Grey DEMATEL technique.
