الگوی تعاملات و ارتباطات در اجتماع علمی جامعه‌شناسی در دانشگاه‌های تهران (مورد مطالعه: شبکۀ تیم‌های داوری پایان‌نامه‌ها و رساله‌های رشته جامعه‌شناسی)

جریان اصلی پژوهش‌هایی که درصدد توصیف و تببین وضعیت نامطلوب جامعه‌شناسی در ایران بوده‌اند، به ضعف تعاملات و ارتباطات علمی میان پژوهشگران این رشته و در یک کلمه، به ضعف اجتماع علمی به عنوان عامل اصلی وضعیت نامطلوب جامعه‌شناسی در ایران اشاره‌ کرده‌اند. این درحالی است که این پژوهش‌ها یکی از پرتراکم‌ترین زمینه‌های ارتباطات علمی در این رشته یعنی پیوندهای شکل‌گرفته از خلال حضور در تیم‌های داوری پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری را به‌کل نادیده‌ گرفته‌اند. پژوهش حاضر در پی توصیف و تبیین شبکۀ پیوندهای تیم‌های داوری پایان نامه ها بوده است. برای این منظور پایان‌نامه‌های ارائه شده در گروه‌های جامعه‌شناسی دانشگاه‌های تهران، تربیت‌مدرس، علامه طباطبایی، شهید بهشتی و الزهرا از سال 1380 تا سال 1395 ثبت شده و اطلاعات مربوط به ویژگی‌های زمینه‌ای و متغیرهای شناختی اعضای تیم‌های داوری‌ این پایان‌نامه‌ها و حوزۀ موضوعی هر یک از آن‌ها گردآوری شد. در این پژوهش از نرم‌افزار r برای تحلیل داده‌ها در جهت توصیف و تبیین شبکه استفاده شده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که ساختار ارتباطی تیم‌های داوری تمرکزگرا است و این تمرکزگرایی تاحدی با برخی ویژگی‌های زمینه‌ای اعضای شبکه شامل دانشگاه محل کار، گروه محل کار و دانشگاه محل اخذ مدرک دکتری و نیز با برخی عوامل شناختی شامل حوزۀ تخصصی پژوهشی‌، حوزۀ موضوعی پایان‌نامه‌هایی که در آن‌ها حضور داشته‌اند و نیز تنوع موضوعی این پایان‌نامه‌ها قابل توضیح است.

the pattern of communication in the sociological scientific community in the universities of tehran

the main stream of researches that tried to explain the unfavorable situation of sociology in iran have pointed to the weakness of scientific communication between researchers and in one word, the weakness of the scientific community as the main factor of the unfavorable situation of sociology in iran. while these researches have completely ignored one of the most frequent scientific communications among researchers in this field, i.e. the links formed through participation in the refereeing teams of theses. the current research has sought to describe and explain the network of links of these arbitration teams. for this purpose, the dissertations presented in the sociology departments of tehran, tarbiat modares, allameh tabatabai, shahid beheshti and alzahra universities from  the year  2001  to 2016 and the information related to the background of the members of the judging teams of these dissertations were collected. for data analysis in order to describe and explain the network the software r was used. the findings of this research shows that the communication structure of arbitration teams is centralist, and this centralism are partly explained by some background characteristics of the network members, including the workplace university, the workplace department, and the university where the doctoral degree is obtained, as well as some scientific factors including specialized field of research, the subject of theses and also the diversity of these .
