اخلاق حرفه ای علم (مطالعۀ مرام نامۀ اخلاق حرفه ای انجمن های علمی)

تدوین و اجرای مرام‌نامه‌ها و منشورهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای علم از ضروری‌ترین و بدیهی‌ترین اقدامات انجمن‌های علمی در ترویج اخلاق علم است که معمولاً در چارچوب رشته و فعالیت علمی موردنظر تدوین می‌شوند. این مقاله با تمرکز بر نمونه‌ای از مرام‌نامه‌های انجمن‌های‌ علمی در جهان درپی پاسخ به این پرسش است که اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای میان انجمن‌های علمی کدام است؟ و انجمن‌های علمی بر سر چه اصولی وفاق دارند و این وفاق به چه میزان است؟ برای پاسخ به پرسش‌های پیش‌گفته با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و کمی متن، به بررسی 235 کد اخلاق حرفه‌ای مندرج در مرام‌نامۀ 28 انجمن علمی پرداختیم. یافته‌ها نشان داد، باوجود اینکه کدنامه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای انجمن‌ها از ساختار چندگانه و متنوعی برخوردارند، درمجموع و با فراوانی متفاوت کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای دربرگیرندۀ20 کد اصلی هستند. فرهنگ هر رشتۀ علمی متناسب با ماهیت رشته و موضوع آن بر تعیین اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای و تناسب رشته با مواردی که از حرفه‌ای‌های آن رشته انتظار می‌رود تاثیر می‌گذارد. در میان انجمن‌های علمی بر سر برخی کدها توافق بیشتری وجود دارد، آن‌ها را «کدهای وفاق» می‌نامیم این کدها هستۀ اصلی مرام‌نامه را شکل می‌دهند. از آن سو کدهای متنوع و خاصی داریم که آن‌ها را «کدهای تمایز» می‌نامیم، این کدها حسب تنوع فرهنگ رشته شکل گرفته است. درمجموع کشف نیمرخ کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سطح جهانی دستاورد اصلی این پژوهش است.

Professional Ethics of Science (Study of Code of Conduct of Professional Ethics in World Scientific Associations)

Developing and implementing the code of conduct and guidelines of professional ethics in science is one of the foremost necessary and obvious measures of scientific associations in promoting the ethics of science, which is typically developed within the framework of scientific activity. Focusing on a sample of the code of conduct of the world scientific associations, this paper seeks to answer these questions: What are the principles of professional ethics among world scientific associations? what principles do scientific associations agree on and to what extent? To answer the aforementioned questions, we investigated 235 codes of professional ethics written in the code of conduct of 28 scientific associations. The findings show that the professional codes have multiple structures with different frequencies. There is a further agreement on some codes in scientific associations which we call &consensus codes&. These codes form the core parts of conducts. On the other hand, we have specific diverse codes called &distinction codes& that are formed in terms of the cultural diversity of the scientific field. In general, the discovery of the profile of codes of professional ethics at the global level is the main achievement of this research.
