بررسی نسبت انقلاب اسلامی و دولت مدرن با تکیه بر آراء میشل فوکو

در مقالۀ حاضر آراءِ میشل فوکو دربارۀ انقلاب اسلامی ایران بازخوانی شده است و سپس چالش‌های دولت‌سازی در جامعۀ پساانقلابی ایران با تکیه بر تحلیل فوکو از دولت مدرن با روش تحلیل مفهومی موردنقد و بررسی قرار گرفته است. فوکو انقلاب اسلامی ایران را تجلی ارادۀ جمعی ایرانیان برای مقاومت در برابر سلطه و رسیدن به رهایی می‌دید. به‌عقیدۀ فوکو ایرانیان می‌خواستند به کمک اسلام شیعی مسیر جدیدی در تاریخ باز کنند و تجربۀ زندگی و هویت خود را دگرگون کنند. از طرف دیگر، دولت مدرن مبتنی‌بر اصل مصلحت دولت شکل گرفته است که با حکومت‌مندی و زیست‌سیاست پیوند خورده است و تحکیم  و توسعۀ قدرت دولت را مقدم بر هر امر دیگری می‌داند. مصلحت دولت ایجاب می‌کند که دولت با کمک ضوابط حقوقی، تکنولوژی‌های امنیتی و تکنولوژی‌های انضباطی به نظارت، کنترل، به‌هنجارسازی و تنبیه مردم بپردازد. ازاین‌رو، رابطۀ بین انقلاب و دولت مورد، رابطه‌ای مسئله‌دار خواهد بود.بین انقلابی‌گری و دولت‌سازی شکافی پرنشدنی وجود دارد. دولت‌سازی در جامعۀ پساانقلابی الزاماً بر مبنای آرمان‌های انقلاب پیش نخواهد رفت و همواره بین مصلحت دولت و آزادی و عدالتی که در انقلاب مطالبه می‌شده، تنش وجود دارد.

Investigating the Relationship Between the Islamic Revolution and the Modern State Based on the Views of Michel Foucault

In this article, Michel Foucault’s views on the Islamic Revolution of Iran are reviewed read and then the challenges of statebuilding in postrevolutionary Iranian society based on Foucault’s analysis of the modern state are reviewed by conceptual analysis.According to Foucault, the Islamic Revolution of Iran was the manifestation of the collective will of Iranians to resist domination and achieve liberation. Foucault believed that Iranians were trying to open a new path in history and to change their life experience and identity with the help of Shiite Islam. On the other hand, the modern state is based on the principle of state expediency which is related to the concept of governance and politics. According to this principle, consolidation and development of state power is preferred to all other things. state expediency requires that the state monitor, control, regulate and punish people through legal orders, security and disciplinary technologies. Thus the relationship between the revolution and the modern state is problematic. Statebuilding in a postrevolutionary society will not necessarily be based on the ideals of the revolution, and there is always a tension between the interests of the state and the freedom and justice promised in the revolution
