بررسی عوامل موثر بر اعتماد دانشجویان به استادان (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه شهیدباهنر کرمان)

اعتماد دانشجویان به استادان معرف کیفیت رابطه‌ استاد‌شاگردی است و ماهیت پیوندهای بین‌نسلی را نشان می‌دهد. اعتماد یکی از مولفه‌های کلیدی سرمایه‌ اجتماعی است که نقش بسزایی در تسهیل هم‌کاری، پذیرش تصمیمات و پیروی از قواعد گروهی، بهبود فرآیند یاددهی و یادگیری، ارتقای سطح عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان و افزایش اثربخشی و کارآمدی نظام دانشگاهی دارد. هدف مقاله‌ حاضر، بررسی تاثیر عوامل اجتماعی و روان‌شناختی بر اعتماد دانشجویان به استادان است. جامعه‌ آماری تحقیق حاضر را دانشجویان دانشگاه شهیدباهنر کرمان در دو مقطع تحصیلی کارشناسی و کارشناسی‌ارشد تشکیل داده‌اند. نمونه‌ تحقیق برابر با 525 نفر است که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی‌شده انتخاب شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که رابطه‌ معنی‌داری بین متغیرهای مستقل شامل تعامل استادان با دانشجویان، ارزیابی امکانات دانشگاهی، ادراک از توانایی، نیک‌خواهی و انصاف استادان و تمایل به اعتمادکردن (اعتماد تعمیم‌یافته) با متغیر وابسته وجود دارد. علاوه‌براین، نتایج حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای تعامل اجتماعی و ارزیابی امکانات دانشگاهی، به‌طور غیرمستقیم و از طریق متغیرهای میانجی توانایی، نیک‌خواهی و انصاف، بر متغیر وابسته تاثیر می‌گذارد. در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد متغیر تعامل اجتماعی در مقایسه با متغیرهای مستقل دیگر، بیشترین تاثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم را بر اعتماد دانشجویان به استادان دارد.

Investigating the Effective Factors on Students’ Trust in Professors of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman

Students’ trust in professors represents the quality of the relationship between students and teachers and shows the nature of interpersonal relationships. Trust is one of the main components of social capital which plays an important role in promoting collaboration, decisionmaking and adherence to group rules, improving the teaching and learning processes, improving the academic performance of students and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the university system. The article aims at studying the students’ trust in professors in shahid bahonar university of Kerman. Undergraduate and graduate students of university represented the statistical population of the present study. The research sample consists of 525 individuals who were selected using stratified sampling method. The findings show a significant relationship between independent variables of teacher interaction with students, evaluation of academic facilities, perception of professors’ ability, benevolence and fairness, and trust (generalized trust) and the dependent variable of trust. Furthermore, the results indicate that the variables of social interaction and evaluation of academic facilities affect the dependent variable, indirectly and through the mediating variables of ability, benevolence, and fairness. Finally, the results show that the social interaction has the most direct and indirect effect compared to other independent variables on the trust of students in professors.
