بررسی موانع و مشکلات تاثیرگذار بر روی استاندارد سازی مصالح تولیدی صنایع ساختمانی استان لرستان (با تاکید بر بتن آماده و سنگدانه مورد استفاده در بتن)

طبق دو ماده 155 و 168 قانون برنامه پنجم توسعه کشور، هرنوع ساخت و ساز باید با مصالح استاندارد و کاربرد آن توسط سازندگان ذی صلاح  انجام و هر ساختمان باید 10 سال بیمه شود. بر همین اساس هدف اصلی از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی موانع و مشکلات تاثیرگذار بر روی استانداردسازی مصالح ساختمانی در استان لرستان می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش کمیکیفی(آمیخته) از نوع اکتشافی بود در این شیوه ابتدا تیم پژوهشی با توجه به اهداف و سوالات تحقیق، پرسشنامه‌ای شامل سوالات باز تدوین نمود. پس از تدوین پرسشنامه و انتخاب اعضای پانل مصاحبه‌ها آغاز شد. در این مرحله با تعداد 50 نفر از مدیران مراکز تولید مصالح،کارفرمایان، کارشناسان سازمان نظام مهندسی استان، مسکن شهرسازی، اداره استاندارد،  مجریان و ناظران طرح‌های ساختمانی هماهنگی به عمل آمد و مصاحبه‌ها انجام شد.روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی غیر احتمالی هدفمند و حجم نمونه در حد رسیدن به اشباع بود که مصاحبه‌ها در این بخش با 50 نفر به اشباع رسید و در بخش کمی روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی بود که در این بخش با بهره‌گیری از فرمول کوکران، 325 نفر از تولید کنندگان، مصرف‌کنندگان، مهندسین ناظر، آزمونگران آزمایشگاه همکار و پیمانکاران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش از مصاحبه عمیق، پرسشنامه، مشاهده میدانی و آزمایش (اخذ نتایج 40 نمونه آزمایش انجام گرفته توسط آزمایشگاه‌های تایید صلاحیت شده توسط اداره کل استاندارد در استان و تحلیل این آزمایش‌ها بر اساس استانداردهای موجود) بهره گرفته شده است.

Investigation of Barriers and Problems Effecting the Standardization of Industrial Construction Materials of Lorestan Province (with Emphasis on Concrete and Concrete’s Aggregates)

According to Articles 155 and 168 of the Fifth Development Plan Law, any construction must be carried out with standard materials and its application by competent builders, and each building must be insured for ten years. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers and problems affecting the standardization of construction materials in Lorestan province. The research method in this research was quantitativequalitative (mixed) of exploratory type. In this method, the research team first developed a questionnaire including openended questions according to the objectives and questions of the research. After compiling the questionnaire and selecting the panel members, the interviews began. At this stage, fifty managers of material production centers, employers, experts of the provincial engineering organization, urban housing, standard administration, executives, and supervisors of construction projects were coordinated and interviews were conducted. The sample size was so saturated that the interviews in this section were saturated with fifty people and in the quantitative section it was a random sampling method in which three hundred and twentyfive manufacturers, consumers, supervising engineers, laboratory testers using Cochran’s formula. Colleagues and contractors were examined. To collect information in this study, indepth interviews, questionnaires, field observations, and experiments (obtaining the results of forty samples of tests performed by accredited laboratories by the General Directorate of Standards in the province and analyzing these tests based on existing standards) have been used.
