بررسی عوامل موثر بر معاونت زنان در قتل عمد

زمینه و هدف: معاونت و همکاری در قتل، یکی از دلایل اصلی وقوع این جنایت در جامعه است که منجر به افزایش بی نظمی و نا امنی می گردد. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل موثر بر معاونت زنان در قتل عمد است. روش: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی؛ ازحیث ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر روش، کیفی است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش، 8 نفر از زنانی هستند که به جرم معاونت در قتل عمد در سال 1397 در ندامتگاه شهر ری بوده اند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها مشاهده و مصاحبة نیمه ساختار یافته بوده و جهت دستیابی به مشخصات فردی زندانیان از پروندة شخصیت آنان استفاده گردیده است. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات، داده ها با بهره گیری از روش کدگذاری استراوس و کوربین و بر اساس رویکرد نظریة مبنایی تحلیل گردیده است.یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق بیانگر این است که سه دسته از عوامل علی، زمینه ای و مداخله گر در معاونت زنان در قتل عمد تاثیر داشته اند که عوامل علی عبارتند از: شرایط نامساعد اقتصادی، وضعیت نابسامان زندگی خانوادگی. شرایط زمینه ای عبارتند از: مهاجرت و حاشیه نشینی، معاشرت و رفت و آمد با دوستان خلافکار و شرایط مداخله گر عبارتند از: استفاده از مواد مخدر و مشروبات الکلی، رابطة نامشروع و فساد اخلاقی. استراتژی های کنش(راهبرد) عبارتند از: رفتارهای خشونت آمیز نسبت به دیگران و نایده گرفتن حقوق دیگران که پیامدهایی مانند پشیمانی، بروز مشکلات روحی و حبس های طولانی مدت برای زنان به همراه داشته است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این است که مجموعه عواملی منجر به معاونت زنان در قتل عمد گردیده که مهمترین آن، نیازهای اقتصادی بوده است. بر این اساس، جهت توانمند سازی زنان و رفع مشکلات مالی آن ها، ایجاد واحدهای اشتغال زایی در حومة شهر تهران می باید اقدام گردد.

investigating factors affecting women’s assistance in intentional homicide

background and objectives: aiding and abetting murder is one of the main reasons for the occurrence of this crime in society, which leads to an increase in disorder and insecurity. based on this, the aim of the present study is to investigate the factors affecting the participation of women in intentional homicide.method: in terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its nature it is considered as a qualitative and descriptive-analytical research. the statistical population of this research is 8 women who were in shahr-e ray penitentiary in 2017 for the crime of being an accomplice in intentional homicide. the tools of data collection were semi-structured interview and observation, and in order to obtain the personal characteristics of the prisoners, their personality files were used. after collecting the information, the data was analyzed using the strauss and corbin coding method and based on the grounded theory approach.findings: the findings of the research show that three categories of causal, contextual and intervening factors have had an effect on women’s participation in intentional homicide, and the causal factors are: adverse economic conditions and disordered family life; contextual conditions include immigration and marginalization, socializing with criminal friends, and intervening conditions include use of drugs and alcohol, illicit relationship, and moral corruption. action strategies include violent behavior towards others and disregarding the rights of others, which have resulted in regret, mental problems, and long-term imprisonment for women.results: the results of the research show that a set of factors led to the participation of women in intentional homicide, the most important of which was economic needs. based on this, in order to empower women and solve their financial problems, creating employment units in the suburbs of tehran should be done.
