مطالعۀ جامعه‌شناختی تاثیر فضای مجازی بر ارتکاب جرم جوانان و نوجوانان (مطالعۀ موردی: جوانان و نوجوانان زندانی در زندان‌های استان سیستان و بلوچستان)

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به ابعاد گسترده و گوناگون جرائم فضای مجازی، انجام تحقیقات و مطالعات عمیق در خصوص پیشگیری از این‌گونه جرائم ضروری است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی جامعه‌شناختی تاثیر فضای مجازی در ارتکاب جرم جوانان و نوجوانان انجام شد.روش: این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت و روش بررسی، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی تحلیلی و ازنظر روش گردآوری اطلاعات نیز از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری آن، شامل تمامی جوانان و نوجوانان 12 تا 29 سال مرتکب جرائم اینترنتی و زندانی در زندان‌ها و کانون‌های اصلاح و تربیت استان سیستان و بلوچستان بوده است. با توجه به در دست نبودن حجم کل جامعۀ آماری، حجم نمونه به‌طور تقریبی 300 نفر محاسبه گردید که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای، انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با بهره‌گیری از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن، تی نمونه مستقل و رگرسیون چندگانه و با نرم‌افزار 22spss مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: بین متغیرهای میزان استفاده از فضای مجازی (0/008=p)، اعتیاد به فضای مجازی (0/003=p)، نبود نظارت و کنترل در فضای مجازی (0/003=p) و گمنامی و ناشناس بودن در فضای مجازی (0/001=p) و متغیر ارتکاب جرم جوانان و نوجوانان رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین متغیر پایگاه اقتصادی و اجتماعی (0/002=p) و ارتکاب جرم جوانان و نوجوانان رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین متغیرهای پیش‌بین تحقیق، درمجموع حدود 32 درصد از واریانس متغیر ملاک (ارتکاب جرم) را تبیین می‌کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به گسترش استفاده از فضای مجازی و ناشناس بودن افراد در آن، میل به ارتکاب جرم افزایش یافته است؛ بنابراین یکی از راه‌های کنترل جرم و کاهش آن، نظارت بر فضای مجازی است.

Sociological Study of the Effect of Virtual Space on Youth and Adolescent Crime (Case Study: Youth and Adolescents Imprisoned in the Prisons of Sistan and Baluchistan Province)

Background and objectives: Considering the wide and diverse dimensions of cyberspace crimes, it is necessary to carry out indepth research and studies regarding the prevention of such crimes. The current research was conducted with the aim of sociologically investigating the effect of cyberspace on youth and adolescent crime.Methodology: In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its type it is considered as a descriptiveanalytical research type, and in terms of the data collection method, it is also a survey type. Its statistical population includes all young people between the ages of 12 and 29 years who have committed Internet crimes and are imprisoned in prisons and correctional centers in Sistan and Baluchistan province. Considering that the total size of the statistical population was not available, the sample size was calculated to be approximately 300 individuals, who were selected by random cluster sampling. The data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using KolmogorovSmirnov test, Pearson and Spearman correlation test, independent sample ttest and multiple regression using SPSS version 22 software.Findings: There is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of using virtual space (p=0.800), addiction to virtual space (p=0.003), lack of monitoring and control in virtual space (p=0.003) and anonymity in virtual space (p=0.001) and the variable of youth and adolescent crime. There is a significant relationship between the variable of economic and social base (p=0.002) and youth and adolescent crime. Also, the predictor variables of the research explain about 32% of the variance of the criterion variable (commitment of crime).Results: Due to the expansion of the use of virtual space and the anonymity of people in it, the desire to commit crimes has increased. Therefore, one of the ways to control crime and reduce it is to monitor cyber space.
