تدوین مدل ارتباطی هوش اجتماعی و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان ورزشکار دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین)

زمینه و هدف: هوش اجتماعی توانایی شناخت افراد و توانایی عمل خلاقانه در روابط انسانی است که برای نیروهای پلیس ضروری است. هدف پژوهش، تدوین مدل ارتباطی هوش اجتماعی و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی دانشجویان ورزشکار دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین می‌باشد. روش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از جهت هدف، کاربردی و روش پژوهش نیز توصیفیهمبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری دانشجویان ورزشکار رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین 700 نفر تخمین زده‌ شد که با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 248 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد هوش اجتماعی سیلورا و همکاران (2001) و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی کارول (1991) بودند. روایی محتوایی آن به تایید اساتید دانشگاه رسید و پایایی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در تمام ابعاد بالاتر از 0/7 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات و برازش مدل از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری از نرم‌افزار آماری (3)smart pls  استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بین هوش اجتماعی و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و تمام مولفه های مسئولیت‌پذیری (اقتصادی، قانونی، اخلاقی و بشردوستانه) رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. میزان ضریب اندازه اثر هوش اجتماعی بر مولفه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی: بشردوستانه 0/530، قانونی 0/720، اخلاقی 0/739 و اقتصادی 0/728 از مهم‌ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بودند. مقدار شاخص نیکویی برازش مدل (0/718=gof) به‌دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: هوش اجتماعی به‌عنوان مولفه‌ی مهمی از سرمایه‌ی انسانی بر ابعاد اخلاقی، اقتصادی و قانونی مسئولیت‌پذیری‌ اجتماعی دانشجویان ناجا، بسیار اثرگذار است. بنابراین تلاش‌ها برای شناسایی و پرورش هوش اجتماعی دانشجویان می‌تواند اولین اقدام برای افزایش و بهبود مولفه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی پلیس در جامعه و افزایش کارآیی و اثربخشی نیروی انتظامی در کشور شود.

The Development of a Communication Model of Social Intelligence and Social Responsibility (Case Study: Student-Athletes of Amin Police University)

Background and objectives: Social intelligence is the ability to recognize people and the ability to act creatively in human relationships that is essential for police forces. The purpose of this study is to develop a communication model of social intelligence and social responsibility of studentathletes of Amin Police University. Methodology: The research method is descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population of studentathletes in different sports of Amin Police University was estimated to be 700 individuals. By random sampling and Krejcie and Morgan Table, 248 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. The research instruments were the standard questionnaires of social intelligence of Silura et al. (2001) and Carroll (1991) social responsibility. The content validity was confirmed by university professors and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient in all dimensions higher than 0.7. To analyze the data and fit the model, the partial least squares method with structural equation modeling, Smart PLS (3) statistical software was used. Findings: There is a positive and significant relationship between social intelligence and social responsibility and all components of responsibility (economic, legal, moral and humanitarian). The magnitude of the effect size of social intelligence on the components of social responsibility: humanitarian (0.530), legal (0.720), moral (0.739) and economic (0.728) were the most important factors. The value of the model goodness fit index was obtained as GOF = 0.718. Results: Social intelligence as an important component of human capital has a great impact on the moral, economic and legal dimensions of I. R. I. Police students’ social responsibility. Therefore, efforts to identify and cultivate students’ social intelligence can be the first step to increase and improve the components of police social responsibility in society and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of law enforcement in the country.
