بررسی رابطه عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی موثر بر سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس در شهر اصفهان

زمینه و هدف: سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس به عنوان ظرفیت و قابلیت مشارکت مردم در توسعه نظم و امنیت عمومی جامعه، از مفاهیم جدیدی است که با چرخش از گفتمان امنیت اجتماعی دولت محور به گفتمان امنیت اجتماعی جامعه‌محور، سهم و نقش مهمی پیدا کرده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی موثر بر سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ نوع تحقیق، کمی است که از روش پیمایشی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری، شهروندان 18 تا 65سال شهراصفهان و حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 384 نفر تعیین گردید. روش نمونه‌گیری، خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای توام با تصادفی ساده است. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. برای روایی(اعتبار) سوال‌های مربوط به متغیرها از روش تعیین اعتبارمحتوایی و با گردآوری نظرات اساتید مجرب، کارشناسان و متخصصان مربوطه (تکنیک اعتبارصوری) و برای بررسی پایایی، از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده که آلفای پرسشنامه 0/842 محاسبه و مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها توسط آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون t) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بین عوامل اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس با مقدار0/580 و بین عوامل فرهنگی و سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس با مقدار 0/563 رابطه به صورت مستقیم (مثبت) وجود دارد. و همچنین بین جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، سن و نوع سکونت با سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس رابطه وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس را می‌توان نتیجه ارتباط موثر میان اجتماع و پلیس و وجود هنجارهای مناسب همکاری و همیاری با پلیس دانست که به نوعی ریشه در اعتماد به پلیس، مشارکت با پلیس و آگاهی نسبت به پلیس دارد. خدشه در هر یک از ابعاد می‌تواند تاثیری بسیارمخرب بر سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس وارد نماید.

Investigating the Relationship between Social and Cultural Factors Affecting the Social Capital of the Police in Isfahan

Background and objectives: The social capital of the police, as the capacity and ability of the people to participate in the development of public order and security of society, is one of the new concepts that has gained an important role by shifting from the statecentered social security discourse to the communitybased social security discourse. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social and cultural factors affecting the social capital of the police. Methodology: In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its nature it is considered as quantitative which has been conducted using survey method. The statistical population included 1865 years old citizens of Isfahan and the sample size was 384 based on Cochran’s formula. The sampling method is multistage cluster with simple randomization. The measurement tool is a researchermade questionnaire. For validity of questions related to variables, the content validity and collecting the opinions of experienced professors, experts and relevant specialists (face validity technique) were employed and to check the reliability, Cronbach’s alpha was used. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and statistical tests (Pearson correlation coefficient and ttest) using SPSS software. Findings: The results show that there is a direct (positive) relationship between social factors and social capital of the police with a value of 0.580 and between cultural factors and social capital of the police with a value of 0.563. There is also a relationship between gender, marital status, age and type of residence with the social capital of the police. Results: The social capital of the police can be considered as the result of an effective relationship between the community and the police and the existence of appropriate norms of cooperation with the police, which is rooted in trust in the police, partnership with the police and awareness of the police. Damage in any of these dimensions can have a devastating effect on the social capital of the police.
