تاثیرگذاری مدیریت منابع کروی پروازی و اعمال ناایمن در بروز سوانح هوایی

از آغاز هوانوردی ضعف در مدیریت صحیح روابط بین فردی، هدایت کروی پروازی و بروز خطای انسانی به عنوان عواملی مهم در بروز سوانح هوایی شناخته شده است. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، برآورد میزان تاثیرگذاری مدیریت منابع کروی پروازی و اعمال ناایمن در بروز سوانح هوایی است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) است. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی، خبرگان و متخصصین (مدیران ارشد و فرماندهان پروازی) هواپیمایی فراجا به تعداد 24 نفر بوده که پژوهشگران در شانزدهمین نفر به اشباع نظری و مفهومی رسیدند. روش گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته بود. جامعه آماری بخش کمی شامل تعدادی از مدیران و کارکنان پروازی هواپیمایی فراجا بود که با بهره گیری از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه بندی شده، تعداد 250 نفر به عضویت نمونه آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده ها در بخش کمی استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا بود. برای تحلیل داده های کیفی از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی ای و جهت تحلیل توصیفی و استنباطی داده های بخش کمی نرم افزار اس پی اس اس استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که تعداد 3 مضمون سازمان دهنده در قالب 22 مضمون پایه ای در حوزه مدیریت منابع کروی پروازی و 4 مضمون سازمان دهنده در قالب 10 مضمون پایه ای در خصوص اعمال ناایمن، می توانند در بروز سوانح هوایی نقش داشته باشند. نتایج نشان داد مولفه های شناسایی شده موثر در بروز سوانح هوایی به ترتیب 1- اشتباه، 2- مفاهیم، 3- مهارت های کاربردی، 4- فراموشی، 5- تخلف، 6- عناصر و 7- لغزش و با اطمینان 95 درصد، در بروز سوانح هوایی تاثیر دارند.

effectiveness of crew resource management and unsafe factors on air accidents

since the beginning of aviation, the weakness in the proper management of interpersonal relationships, conduction of crew and human error have been known as important factors in the occurrence of aviation accidents. the purpose of the present research is to estimate the effectiveness of crm and unsafe factors on aviation accidents. this research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of method. there were 24participants in the qualitative part, experts and specialists of police aviation of iran, and the researchers reached theoretical saturation in the 16th person. the method of data collection in the qualitative part was semi-structured interviews. the statistical population of the quantitative part included a number of managers and flight crew of police aviation of iran, and using cochran’s formula and stratified random sampling method, 250 people were selected to be members of the statistical sample. the method of data collection in the quantitative part was the use of a researcher-made questionnaire that was valid and reliable. maxqda software was used to analyze qualitative data and spss software was used for descriptive and inferential analysis of quantitative data. the findings showed that 3inclusive themes in the form of 22basic themes in the field of crm and 4inclusive themes in the form of 10basic themes regarding unsafe factors can play a role in the occurrence of air accidents. the results showed that the identified components effective in the occurrence of air accidents are: mistake, concepts and practical skills, lapse, violation, elements and slip.
