ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین در صنعت ریلی با استفاده از مدل اسکور ؛ مطالعه موردی شرکت واگن سازی تهران

عملکرد درست زنجیره تامین نقش کلیدی در موفقیت یک سازمان و دستیابی به اهداف آن دارد. مدلهای مختلفی برای ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین وجود دارد. در این تحقیق از مدل اسکور برای ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین شرکت واگن سازی تهران  استفاده شده  است . فرآیندهای اصلی مدل اسکور عبارتند از برنامه ریزی، تامین، ساخت، تحویل و ارجاع.  مدل اسکور دارای 5 ویژگی عملکردی شامل قابلیت اطمینان، پاسخگویی، چابکی، هزینه و مدیریت دارایی می باشد. هدف از این مقاله  ارزیابی عملکرد  زنجیره تامین شرکت واگن سازی تهران با استفاده از مدل اسکور است . برای این منظور پس از مصاحبه با متخصصین ، تعداد 13 معیار در 5 حوزه عملکردی مدل اسکور تعیین و با استفاده از روش ahp، معیارها وزن دهی شدند . در گام بعدی روشهای اندازه گیری هر یک از معیارها تعیین و برای 8 مجموعه اصلی از تامین کنندگان شرکت واگن سازی تهران فرآیند ارزیابی انجام گردید . در ادامه با استفاده از روش نرمالیزه دبوئر و روش سطح صفر و سطح مورد انتظار،  عملکرد هر یک از معیارها  اندازه گیری شد . نتایج این تحقیق نشان دهنده نقاط ضعف و قوت سیستم زنجیره تامین شرکت واگن سازی تهران است . مهم‌ترین نقطه ضعف زنجیره تامین شرکت مورد بررسی مربوط به توانایی ارائه محصولات جدید و توان مهندسی است. نتایج این تحقیق نشانگر آن است که عملکرد معیار مذکور  در سطح قابل قبولی نیست  و نیاز به اصلاحات اساسی دارد.

Performance Evaluation in Railway Industry using SCOR Model” Case Study: TWM Co.

Supply chain performance has an important impact on sustainable success and profitability of companies. Today, development of markets has changed the competition face from the company level to supply chain level. Many companies have focused on performance of supply chains to achieve competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, identifying the existing supply chain structures and developing a supply chain performance evaluation system is necessary to identify weaknesses and plan a continuous improvement program. Various models are developed for performance evaluation of supply chain. In this study, a comprehensiveness model, that is Supply Chain Operation Reference Model (SCOR), is used for performance evaluation of supply chain management in Tehran Wagon Manufacturing Company. SCOR model is based on reengineering, benchmarking and best practices concepts. The SCOR model includes 3 main levels. The main processes include plan, supply, make, delivery and referrals. The model consists of five performance attributes that is reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost and asset management and every level contains its criteria to measure performance. The purpose of this study is to evaluate supply chain performance of Tehran Wagon Manufacturing Company by applying SCOR model and also suggest recommendation to improve performance of supply chain of the company. For this purpose, by interview with industry experts, 13 criteria in five areas of SCOR model were determined and weighted by using Analytical Hierarchy Process technique (AHP). Finally, the performance of the 8 most important suppliers of TWM Company were investigated and appropriate recommendations proposed for better logistics performance.
