تحلیلی بر مسائل آینده‌ سلامت شهری در کلان شهر قم

موضوع شناخت جامعه و تفکر درباره آینده آن، وارد یک مرحله کیفی جدیدی شده است. بر اساس این دو گزاره و متغیر موثر در علوم زمانی، مسئله اصلی دانش امروزی، چگونگی رسیدن به درک و فهم درست‌تر از زندگی واقعی روزمره و کشف توان‌های جوامع انسانی برای پیدا کردن راه‌حل‌های موثر برای مقابله با مسائل و مشکلاتی است که انسان، زمین و آینده را تهدید می‌کند. مبتنی بر اهمیت این موضوع، این مطالعه از نوع کمی و از لحاظ هدف از نوع تبیینی است و از لحاظ کاربست نتایج از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی می‌باشد. نتایج این مطالعه که با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی و نشست‌های تخصصی و برقراری مصاحبه با کارشناسان با استفاده از ابزار تحلیلی micmac به‌دست‌آمده است، نشان می‌دهد آشفتگی بصری، زیبایی کالبد محله، آلودگی صوتی، فضای سبز، کاربری‌های ناسازگار محلی، حس رضایت از محیط، نمای ساختمان‌ها و در نهایت وجود برچسب‌ها، تراکت‌ها و نوشته‌های تبلیغاتی آزار دهنده، مهم‌ترین پیشران‌های موثر بر روند آینده مطالعات سلامت شهری این کلان‌شهر به شمار می‌روند. سلامت شهری در کلان‌شهرهای ایران (با تاکید بر شهر قم)، در معرض تهدیدهای گسترده‌ای است که با نظر داشت یافته‌های این مقاله، می‌توان به وضعیت نگران‌کننده آتی در بسیاری از کلان‌شهرهای اشاره نمود که در صورت عدم توجه در سطوح خُرد و کلان به این موضوع، شهرهای ما در سطوح پایین استانداردهای زیستی قرار خواهند گرفت.

we believe that the subject of understanding society and reflecting on its future has entered a qualitatively new phase. based on these two propositions and the time-sensitive variables in the sciences, the main issue in contemporary knowledge is how to achieve a more accurate understanding of everyday real life and uncover the potential of human societies to find effective solutions to address the challenges and threats facing humanity, the earth, and the future. analyzing future urban health issues in the metropolis of qom through precise environmental scanning and extracting experts’ viewpoints.considering the importance of this subject, this study is quantitative in nature, explanatory in purpose, and classified as applied research in terms of the application of results.the results of this study, obtained through the delphi technique, expert panel discussions, and interviews with specialists using the micmac analytical tool, indicate that visual clutter, the aesthetic quality of neighborhood structures, noise pollution, green spaces, incompatible local land uses, satisfaction with the environment, building facades, and the presence of disruptive tags, flyers, and advertising messages are the most significant drivers influencing the future trends of urban health studies in this metropolis.urban health in the metropolises of iran (with an emphasis on the city of qom) is facing extensive threats. based on the findings of this article, it is evident that the future state of many iranian metropolises is concerning, as derived from studies and research results. if this issue is not addressed at both micro and macro levels, our cities will fall below acceptable living standards.
