سنجش و زون‌بندی کیفی محیط سکونت شهریبا تاکید بر تصویر ذهنی شهروندان. مطالعۀ موردی: شهر گرگان

انسان از آغاز کوشیده است تا کیفیت زندگی را در محیط زیست خود بهبود بخشد. شاخص های اقتصادی اجتماعی در توسعۀ شهری از جمله عوامل اثرگذار در کیفیت محل زندگی افراد به شمار می آید، لذا توجه و اهمیت دادن به نظرات مردم می تواند بستر مناسبی را در رسیدن به کیفیت محیط زیست مطلوب برای افراد ایجاد نماید. هدف کلی این پژوهش تعیین رضایت مردم از کیفیت شرایط زندگی افراد در ناحیه های مختلف شهر گرگان است؛ همچنین شاخص های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و بوم شناختی از دیدگاه شهروندان اولویت بندی شده اند. روش این پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ روش توصیفی تحلیلی و مبانی نظری و شناخت عوامل و شاخص های تاثیرگذار آن بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه ای انجام گرفته است؛به این منظور پرسش نامه‌ای تدوین و سپس بین افراد توزیع و تکمیل گردید. داده های حاصل شده در نرم افزار spss20 تحلیل و با استفاده از روش طبقه بندی رتبه ای، اولویت بندی شدند. با استفاده از روش درون یابی تیسن داده های حاصل به نقشه تبدیل و سپس شهر براساس کیفیت به 4 زون تفکیک شد. ارزیابی و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که ناحیه 3 با کسب امتیاز 34/886 نسبت به سایر نواحی از کیفیت مطلوب تر و ناحیه 5 با کسب 45/540 نسبت به سایر نواحی از کمترین کیفیت برخوردار است؛ همچنین مولفۀ اقتصادی مهم ترین مولفۀ تعیین گردید. از آنجا که توسعۀ فضاهای شهری درآینده امری اجتناب ناپذیر است، لزوم درک و شناخت نظرات مردمی به منظور اجرای مدیریتی کارآمد توسط برنامه ریزان شهری در زمینۀ بهبود و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی افراد، ضروری است.

Qualitative Zoning and Assessment of urban environment with an emphasis on mental image of citizens (Case study: Gorgan)

Since the beginning man has tried to improve the quality of life in their environment. Effective of socioeconomic indicators in urban development are one of the effective factors in the quality of life of people. Therefore, Consider and importance to opinions of people could create suitable conditions for achieving the desirable environmental quality. General purpose from this study was to determine the satisfaction of the quality of the living conditions of people in different areas in Gorgan from the viewpoint of people. For this purpose, a questionnaire developed and then are distributed and completed. The data were analyzed in the software Spss 20 and were prioritized using a classification rating. Method of present study in its objective is applied, and, in perspective of method and theoretical basis is, descriptive analytical. Identification of Influencing factors and indicators have been done on the basis of library studies. Assessment and analysis of data showed that the region 3 with a score of 886.34 is better quality than other areas and region 5 with a score of 540.45 compared to other regions is the lowest quality. Additionally gathered data converted to map using Thiessen interpolation method afterward the urban expansion map, was classified into four categories based on the socioeconomic and ecological indicators. Since the development of urban areas in the future is inevitable, the need to understand the people’s opinion is necessary in order to implement effective management by the urban planners in the field of improving the quality of life of people.
