بررسی چیدمان مکانی پارک‌های شهری و ارائه الگوی بهینه آن با استفاده از مدل .vikor مطالعه موردی: پارک‌های منطقه‌ای شهر اردبیل

با افزایش جمعیت و گسترش شهرنشینی انسان ها به‌تدریج از طبیعت دور شده اند. تراکم بیش‌ازحد جمعیت، دخالت در محیط طبیعی و ایجاد محیط های انسان‌ساخت، نیازهای محیط زیستی، جسمی و روحی انسان را بیشتر بروز داده است. از طرف دیگر تمرکز بیش‌ازحد فعالیت های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی در شهرهای بزرگ باعث هجوم جمعیت به شهرها شده و به دنبال آن نیاز به فضاهای تنفسی شهری را هرچه بیشتر ملموس ساخته است. شهر اردبیل نیز طی دهه های اخیر رشد فزاینده فیزیکی را در اثر هجوم بی‌سابقه مهاجرین روستاشهری تجربه کرده است. ازاین‌رو در این پژوهش، با استفاده از توانمندی‌های سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و مدل های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره (mcdm) به بررسی وضع موجود تخصیص پارک و فضای سبز در شهر اردبیل مبادرت شده است. روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و ازلحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی تحلیلی است. معیارهای موردبررسی در 9 مولفه جهت چیدمان مکانی فضای پارک های شهری– منطقه ای گروه‌بندی‌شده است. برای وزن دهی معیارهای مورد استفاده از تکنیک های critic و مقایسه زوجی و نیز برای اولویت بندی تناسب اراضی به‌منظور استقرار پارک و فضای سبز از مدل vikor در محیط نرم افزاری idrisi selva استفاده‌شده است. در ادامه برای ارائه الگوی مناسب جهت چیدمان مکانی این کاربری ها از روش تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره vikor استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که پارک های شهری منطقه ای در قسمت شرق منطقه 1، جنوب غربی منطقه 3 و شمال منطقه 4 به لحاظ دسترسی به پارک با کمبود مواجه است. استفاده از نقشه خروجی حاصل از مدل vikor مکان های مناسب جهت احداث پارک جدید مشخص ‌شده است و با استفاده از نقشه ی وضع موجود فضای سبز و نقشه ی خروجی حاصل از روش vikor الگوی بهینه جهت احداث پارک شهری-منطقه ای پیشنهاد ‌شده است.

investigation of spatial arrangement of urban parks and presenting their optimal model using the vikor model (case study: regional parks of ardabil)

with the increase in population and the development of urbanization, humans have gradually shifted away from nature, and the excessive population density and interference in the natural environment and the creation of human environments have increased the human, environmental, physical and mental needs. on the other hand, the overconcentration of social, economic, and cultural activities in large cities has caused the population to flock to these cities, and as a result, the need for urban respiratory centers becomes more tangible. therefore, the objectives of this research are analyzing the dismantling of urban green space (urbanregional parks) and providing an optimal model using multicriteria decisionmaking rules (mcdm). the research method is applied, and in terms of its nature and method, is descriptiveanalytic. the criteria are grouped into 9 components for the spatial layout of the urbanregional parks space. critic techniques and paired comparisons are used to weigh the criteria used. excel data analysis, gis and selva idrisi have been used to analyze the data and draw maps. in order to provide a suitable pattern for locating green spaces (urbanurban parks) in ardebil, vikor multicriteria decisionmaking method was used. the results of the research showed that urbanregional parks in the east of area 1, southwest of area 3 and north of area 4 in terms of access to the park felt lack. using the output map of the vikor model, suitable locations for the construction of new green spaces have been identified. using the existing status map of the current green space and the output map resulting from the loading of the vikor method, an optimal model for the construction of the urbanregional park is proposed.
