ارائه چارچوبی جهت مدل‌سازی و ارزیابی کمِی میزان سازگاری الگوی شکل شهری با شاخص‌ها و مولفه‌های کیفی شهر ایرانی-اسلامی به کمک Gis

شکل گیری شهر ایرانی-اسلامی بر اصول و ارزش هایی استوار است که همواره در برنامه ریزی و طراحی محیط زندگی مسلمانان اهمیت بسزایی دارد و بر روابط انسان با محیط و با سایر همنوعان خویش تاثیرگذار است. در این راستا، تبعیت شهر از اصول و قواعدی در راستای برآوردن نیازهای انسان و خدمت رسانی به او، یک مسئله ی ضروریست. از این رو، توجه به اصول شهرسازی و معماری در راستای تحقق شهر ایرانی-اسلامی نقشی پررنگ می یابد. در طول سالیان گذشته توسعه مفهوم شهرهای ایرانی-اسلامی موجب شکل گیری ادبیات جدیدی در برنامه ریزی و طراحی شهری کشور شده است که عموماً به ذکر شاخص های کیفی بسنده کرده اند، لیکن آنچه به عنوان حلقۀ مفقوده مطرح میباشد، ارائه ی شاخص های کمّی جهت ارزیابی مولفه های کیفی شهر ایرانی-اسلامی است. در این زمینه سامانۀ اطلاعات جغرافیایی به علت دارا بودن قابلیت تجزیه و تحلیل بالا در حل مسائل پیچیده و مکانی، می‌تواند به عنوان ابزاری در جهت غلبه بر این محدودیت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. لذا در این پژوهش چارچوبی جهت مدل سازی و ارزیابی کمی میزان سازگاری الگوی شکل شهری با شاخص ها و مولفه‌های کیفی شهر ایرانی-اسلامی به کمک gis ارائه گردیده است. در روش پیشنهادی، شاخص های عدالت فضایی، عدالت اجتماعی، توجه به مقیاس انسانی و انسانگرایی و تامین دسترسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت مدل ارائه شده برای چهار ناحیۀ مرکزی شهر بجنورد، پیاده سازی و اجرا گردید. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از توانایی مُدل پیشنهادی در ارائه شاخص هایی قابل اندازه گیری و مدیریت پذیر و همچنین شناسایی محدودیت‌ها و توانایی های هر ناحیه در رابطه با هر کدام از شاخص های ارائه شده، می باشد. مُدل پیشنهادی، گامی به جلو در راستای پیاده سازی بهتر مفهوم شهر ایرانی-اسلامی است و می تواند به عنوان ابزاری مناسب در اختیار تصمیم‌گیران، برنامه ریزان و طراحان شهری قرار گیرد.

creating the iranianislamic city is based on the principles. these principles are mainly considered in planning and designing muslim’s living environment and have been influenced on the human relationship with the environment and other fellowmen. in this regard, the city must follow the principles and rules that satisfy human needs. iran’s cities having affluent islamic culture should be adapted to the iranianislamic principles; in this way, paying attention to architectural and urban designing principles signifies and become imperative in designing the iranianislamic city. in recent years, the development the iranianislamic cities concept caused to provide a new literature in iran’s urban planning and designing. however, what is missed in this scope is the lack of quantitative indicators for evaluating the qualitative factors of the iranianislamic city. in this respect, gis because of having a high analytical ability in solving complex and geospatial problem can help to comprehend and develop this conception. so, a geospatial framework has been suggested in this research to modeling and quantitative assessment of urban pattern compatibility with qualitative indices and elements of the iranianislamic city using gis. investigated indicators in this research are spatial justice, social justice, paying attention to human scale and accessibility. the proposed framework was evaluated for four districts of bojnord city. the obtained results approved the ability of the proposed model for suggesting measurable and manageable indicators and also distinguishing the limitations and capacities of each district in relevance to each presented indicator. this model is a step forward in order to better implementation of concept of the iranianislamic city and can be used as an appropriate tool for decision makers, planners and designers.
