تبیین سناریوهای دستیابی به شهر سبز در کلان‌شهر مشهد، با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی

شهر سبز به عنوان یک رویکرد سازگار با محیط‌زیست در پی مشخص شدن پیامدهای مخرب الگوها و رویکردهای سنتی و متفاوت توسعه بدون توجه به مباحث زیست‌محیطی در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه جدی محققان و صاحب‌نظران قرار گرفته است. براین اساس، در این پژوهش سعی شده با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی از طریق شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موثر بر دست‌یابی شهر سبز در کلان‌شهر مشهد، سناریوهای پیش روی شهر در افق 1405 مشخص گردد تا از این طریق بتوان زمینۀ دست‌یابی به شهر سبز را در کلان‌شهر مشهد فراهم ساخت. در این پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌گیری از منابع خارجی 7 مولفه اصلی و 25 شاخص به عنوان پارامترهای اولیه برای شهر سبز شناسایی شد. سپس با استفاده از نظرات کارشناسان و نرم‌افزار micmac شاخص‌های کلیدی و پیشران‌های موثر بر دستیابی به شهر سبز شناسایی شد، در مرحلۀ بعد مجدد با ادغام روش ماتریس اثرات متقابل و نرم‌افزار scenario wizard به شناسایی سناریوهای پیش روی شهر مشهد در زمینۀ شهر سبز در افق 1405 پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که 6561 سناریو پیش روی شهر مشهد در افق 1405 است و در این بین تنها دو سناریو دارای سازگاری بالا و احتمال وقوع بیشتری هستند. سناریوی اول که سناریویی با جهت مثبت است، دارای مجموع امتیاز اثر متقابل 108 و ارزش سازگاری 10 و سناریوی دوم که گویای شرایط نامناسب برای آیندۀ کلان‌شهر مشهد در زمینۀ شهر سبز است، دارای مجموع امتیاز اثر متقابل 84 و ارزش سازگاری 2 است.

Explanation of scenarios to achieving the green city in Mashhad, with an approach Futures Study

Green City as a consistent approach to the environment following the determination of the ‎destructive consequences of different patterns and traditional approaches and develop regardless of ‎environmental issues in recent years has been more seriously by scientists and experts. Therefore, in ‎this study, futurology approach by identifying key factors affecting the achievement of Green City in ‎Mashhad, Scenarios facing the city in 1405 should be determined on the horizon so that can help ‎achieve green city in Mashhad provided. In this study, using literature review and use of external ‎components 7 and 25 indicators were identified as initial parameters for the Green City. Then, using ‎expert opinions and Micmac software and drivers affecting key indicators were identified to achieve a ‎green city, In the next step reintegration matrix interactions and software Scenario wizard to identify ‎the scenarios facing the green city of Mashhad in 1405 will be discussed on the horizon. The results ‎showed that 690 of Mashhad scenario for 1405 is on the horizon and in the meantime are only two ‎scenarios with high compatibility and more likely. The first scenario is a scenario with a positive ‎direction, with a total score of interaction is 108 and value adjustment 10 , the second scenario ‎indicates poor conditions for future metropolitan city of Mashhad in green, with a total score of 84 ‎and value interaction is compatible 2.‎Accordingly, in order to achieve a green city should strengthen strategies toward the first scenario presented.
