مکانیابی ‌پناهگاههای شهری مبتنی بر اصول پدافند غیرعامل. مورد مطالعه: شهر کوهدشت

موقعیت ژئواستراتژیک، استقرار در پهنۀ خطرپذیری زلزله با ریسک متوسط و خطرپذیری بالای سیل و همچنین موقعیت استراتژیک به عنوان شهر دفاعی در غرب کشور، ضرورت پرداختن به مسئلۀ مکانیابی پناهگاه شهری کوهدشت را اجتناب ناپذیر کرده است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش شناسی توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی بر رویکرد مطالعات مکانی مدلی است. به منظور مکانیابی پناهگاه شهری کوهدشت، شاخص های (کاربری ها)هفت گانۀ آموزشی، بهداشتی، پایانه ها، تجاری، راه شریانی درجه یک، مسکونی، نظامی، با روش دلفی و آرای خبرگان استخراج شده است. با توجه به اثرگذاری متفاوت شاخص‌های یاد شده، از مدل ترکیبی gisahpfuzzy برای ارزش گذاری و تهیۀ مدل مکانی شاخص ها استفاده شده است و در نهایت با استفاده از ابزار  geostatistical analyst تحلیلگرهای زمین آماری، از طریق مدل سمی واریوگرام، نقشۀ حد نهایی مجاز برای ساخت پناهگاه تهیه گردید. نتایج دو سطحی نشان می دهد که در بخش تحلیل fahp در ارتباط با وزن دهی؛ شاخص های بهداشتی درمانی و راه شریانی هرکدام با وزن 232/0به عنوان مهم ترین شاخص ها شناخته شدند. نتایج  تحلیل ترکیبیgis fahp و مدل semi variogram نشان داده است که ناحیه دو شهر کوهدشت بیشترین مناسب‌ترین مکان برای ساخت پناهگاه می‌باشد.
