ارزیابی زمین های بایر به منظور توسعه میانافزا. نمونه موردی: شهر اهواز

توسعه میان افزا یکی از رویکردهای اصلی در مقابله با پدیده پراکنش و رشد افقی شهرها می باشد.یکی از اصلی ترین حوزه هایی که در توسعه میان افزای شهر به آن توجه می شود زمین های بایر و بلا استفاده در محدوده شهر می باشد.توجه به ظرفیت بالای زمین های بایر در شهر می تواند راه ما را در رسیدن به شهری پایدار هموار کند. بنابراین در این پژوهش، هدف، ارزیابی زمین های بایر جهت توسعه میان افزا براساس متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر توسعه شهری در شهر اهواز می باشد. تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش تحقیق توصیفیتحلیلی است. ابتدا معیارهای مناسب موضوع انتخاب گردید و در محیط arcgis لایه‌های مناسب با استفاده از نرمال‌سازی فازی و توابع مناسب، نرمال‌سازی شده‌اند. جهت تخصیص وزن به لایه‌ها از دو مدل دیمتل وanp استفاده شد بدین ترتیب که روابط معیارها با استفاده از مدل دیمتل در محیط نرم‌افزار excel و matlab مشخص گردید سپس با تعیین روابط، وزن شاخصها با روش anp محاسبه گردید و در لایه‌های موردنظر ضرب شده و از تکنیک تاپسیس جهت تلفیق نقشه‌ها در محیط arcgis استفاده شد و نقشه نهایی اولویت بندی زمین های بایر به منظور توسعه میان افزا ارائه شده است. اولویت اول زمین های بایر با مساحت 368هکتار و اولویت های دوم تا پنجم به ترتیب 1659هکتار،1470هکتار، 530هکتار و 1745هکتار می باشد. اولویت بندی زمین های بایر در مناطق 7گانه شهر اهواز براساس مساحت به این ترتیب می باشد که در منطقه یک اولویت اول 16هکتار، در منطقه دو اولویت اول 25هکتار در منطقه سه اولویت اول 124هکتار، در منطقه چهار، اولویت اول 93هکتار، در منطقه شش، 99هکتار، در منطقه هفت، اولویت اول 99هکتار، در منطقه هشت، اولویت اول 148هکتار می باشد.

Evaluation of vacant lands for infill development by used of hybrid decisionmaking techniques and ARCGIS (case study: Ahvaz city)

Infill development is one of the main approaches against of Distribution and horizontal growth cities phenomenon. One of the main areas that the urban infill development to attention is Vacant and unused lands in urban areas .attention to High capacity of vacant lands in city can be Provide Our Way In achieving sustainable urban. Therefore, in this research, Purpose, is Evaluation of vacant lands for infill development based on the variables affecting urban development in Ahvaz city. This study in terms of goal is an applied and in terms of research method is descriptive – analytical. Initially was chosen Suitable criteria topic. In ArcGIS Suitable layers using fuzzy normalization and suitable functions have been normalized.in Order to weight allocation to the layers Dematel technique and network analysis process (anp) was used. In this way, relationship between the criteria calculate by Dematel technique by using of Excel and Matlab. Then after determining the criteria relationship, the weight of criteria calculate by ANP and multiplied in layers and For Conflation maps used Vikor in geographical information system (GIS) context and final map Prioritize vacant lands for infill development presented. First priority vacant lands with an area of 368 hectares and the priorities of the second to fifth, respectively is 1659 hectares, 1470 hectares, 530 hectares and 1745 hectares. Prioritization vacant lands in seven regions of Ahvaz city Based on the area is respectively that in the one region first priority 16 hectares, in two region first priority 25 hectares, in the three region first priority124 hectares, In four region, first priority 93 hectares, in the six region 99 hectares, in the seven region, first priority 99 hectares in the eight region, the first priority is 148 hectares.
