ارائه الگوی کیفیت گزارشگری تقلب مبتنی بر رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی

هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی کیفیت گزارشگری تقلب مبتنی بر رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی می‌باشد. پژوهش از منظر جهت‌گیری در حوزه پژوهش‌های کاربردی قرار دارد و از نظر فلسفه پژوهش، روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته، یعنی ترکیبی از روش‌های کمی و کیفی است. رویکرد پژوهشی به لحاظ منطق گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع استقراء- قیاسی است و از لحاظ هدف در زمره پژوهش‌های اکتشافی قرار دارد. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل محتوا به شناسایی و استخراج شاخص‌های موثر بر کیفیت گزارشگری تقلب مبتنی بر رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی پرداخته شد و پس از کدکذاری و طبقه‌بندی شاخص‌های شناسایی شده در ابعاد و مولفه‌های مربوط به خود، در بخش کمی، با استفاده از نظرسنجی از جامعه آماری شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه حسابرسی، پس از تائید روایی محتوایی به روش لاوشه و غربالگری و تائید شاخص‌های شناسایی شده به شیوه دلفی فازی، الگوی کیفیت گزارشگری تقلب مبتنی بر رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی در 4 بعد، 19 مولفه و 49 شاخص ارائه شد. همچنین با استفاده از پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی و تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی و استفاده از نرم‌افزار اکسپرت چویس، ابعاد و مولفه‌های تائید شده، اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج اولویت‌بندی نشان داد که ابعاد عدالت اطلاعاتی، توزیعی، بین فردی و رویه‌ای به ترتیب بیشترین اهمیت را در کیفیت گزارشگری تقلب دارند و در مورد مولفه‌ها نیز، توجیه تصمیمات اطلاعاتی، مساوات، توزیع عادلانه اطلاعات، شفافیت و صداقت و صحت و کفایت اطلاعات، مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ها هستند.

the purpose of this research is presentation a whistleblowing quality model based on socialjustice approach. in terms of orientation, the research is an applied research; in terms of research philosophy, the research method is a mixed type, that is, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. in terms of the logic of data collection, the research approach is inductive-deductive, and in terms of the goal, it is an exploratory research. in the qualitative part of the research, based on the content analysis approach, the indicators affecting the quality of whistleblowing  based on the social justice approach were identified and extracted, and after coding and classifying the identified indicators in their respective dimensions and components, in the quantitative part, using a survey of the statistical community including 15 experts in the field of auditing, after confirming the validity of the content by the lawshe  method and screening and confirming the indicators identified by the fuzzy delphi method, the whistleblowing  quality model based on the social justice approach in 4 dimensions, 19 components and 49 indicators were presented. also, using the paired comparisons questionnaire and hierarchical analysis and using the expert choice software, the approved dimensions and components were prioritized. the results of prioritization showed that informational, distributive, interpersonal and procedural dimensions of justice are the most important in the quality of whistleblowing, and about the components, justification of informational decisions, equality, fair distribution of information, transparency and honesty and correctness and sufficient information is the most important component.
