طراحی الگوی رهبری دانشگاه اسلامی

دانشگاه‌های اسلامی به‌عنوان یکی از پدیده‌هایی که از دیرباز در سطح سنتی و مدرن در بستر آموزش عالی شکل گرفته‌اند، شرایط و الزامات ویژه‌ای می‌طلبند که یکی از اصلی‌ترین آن‌ها رهبری این‌گونه از دانشگاه‌هاست. این پژوهش به‌دنبال استخراج یک الگوی مفهومی جهت رهبری دانشگاه اسلامی است؛ بدین منظور از روش آمیختۀ اکتشافی استفاده شده است و بر اساس استراتژی داده‌بنیاد نوخاسته در بخش کیفی، و روش توصیفی‌پیمایشی در بخش کمّی، الگوی رهبری دانشگاه اسلامی استخراج گردید. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش در هر دو بخش کیفی و کمّی، صاحب‌نظران مدیریت و رهبری اسلامی با تحصیلات دانشگاهی یا با سابقۀ حضور در عرصه‌های مدیریتی دانشگاه‌ها می‌باشند که با نمونۀ 19نفری، مصاحبه‌های عمیق بخش کیفی انجام پذیرفت و پس از برگزاری جلسۀ گروه کانونی و نهایی‌سازی مدل اولیه، در بخش کمّی با مراجعه به نمونۀ 13‌نفری، اعتبار مدل مستخرج سنجیده شد. در نهایت از مجموع 778 کد باز اولیه، 64 کد انتخابی و 9 کد نظری استخراج شد؛ لذا الگوی رهبری دانشگاه اسلامی متشکل از 9 بُعد اسلام‌مداری، انگیزه‌بخشی آرمانی، آینده‌نگری و مآل‌اندیشی، تربیت‌محوری، تکلیف‌محوری هدف‌مدار، خودسازی‌مداری، عدالت‌محوری، علم‌محوری و فرهنگ‌سازی ارائه گردید و ابعاد مذکور در الگوی نهایی رهبری دانشگاه اسلامی با مقوله‌های سازمان‌دهنده، شامل اصول و مبانی، اقتضائات دانشگاه اسلامی، مبانی بینشی و منشی رهبر و پیروان، و اهداف رهبری دانشگاه اسلامی سازمان‌دهی گردید.

Designing the Leadership Model of Islamic University

Islamic Universities, as one of the phenomena that have developed in the field of higher education for a long time at the traditional and modern level, require special conditions and requirements, one of the main ones being the leadership of universities. This research seeks to extract a conceptual model for the leadership of the Islamic University. For this purpose, the exploratory blend method has been used and based on the data strategy of the newly established fundamentals in the qualitative section and descriptivesurvey method in the quantitative section, the leadership model of the Islamic University was extracted. The statistical population of the research is in both the qualitative and quantitative sections of Islamic management and leadership leaders with university education or with a history of attending university management fields was a sample of 19 people.  Indepth interviews with the qualitative section were carried out and after holding a meeting for the focal group and the finalization of the initial model, by referring to the sample of 13 people in the quantitative part the validity of the model was estimated. Finally, out of a total of 778 initial open source codes, 64 selected codes and 9 theoretical codes were extracted. Therefore, the model of leadership of the Islamic University, consisting of 9 dimensions of Islamization, idealization, foresightedness and thoughtfulness, educationcentered, purposeful taskcenterd, selforganization, justicecentered, sciencecentered, and culturization were presented.
