اثربخشی حساسیت‌زدایی از طریق حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد نشانه‌های اختلال فوبی خاص

با توجه به اینکه بعضیاز فوبی‌های خاص به همان شیوه‌ی اختلال استرس پس از سانحه به وجود می‌آیند، ایناحتمال مطرح است که بتوان فوبی‌های خاص را نیز به شیوه‌ی حساسیت‌زدایی از طریقحرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد درمان کرد. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر درمانحساسیت‌زدایی از طریق حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد بر کاهش نشانه‌های اختلال فوبی خاصبود. پژوهش حاضر یک بررسی تک موردی از نوع خطوط پایه چندگانه بود که بر روی سهآزمودنی مبتلا به فوبی خاص انجام گرفت و ابزار پژوهش نیز عبارت بود از پرسشنامهترس که آزمودنی‌ها در مرحله‌ی خط پایه و پایان جلسات دوم، چهارم، ششم و هشتم وهمچنین در دوره‌ی پیگری پس از درمان، آن را تکمیل نمودند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند کهنمره‌ی آزمودنی‌ها در ُبعد اجتناب فوبیایی خاص در مرحله‌ی درمان و پیگیری نسبت بهمرحله‌ی خط پایه کاهش یافته است. بنابراین، می‌توان گفت که روش درمانی حساسیت‌زداییاز طریق حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد در کاهش نشانه‌های اجتناب فوبیایی موثر است.

The effectiveness of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing on reducing the symptoms of specific phobia

Given that some specific phobia, can be arisedin the same way as posttraumatic stress disorder, the possibility thatspecific phobia can be treated witheye movement desensitization and reprocessinghas increased. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectof treatment by eye movement desensitization and reprocessing to reducesymptoms of specific phobia. This research is a single case study, multiplebaselines, with three subjects having specific phobia. The research instrumentwas a fear questionnaire that participants at baselines and at the end of thesecond, fourth, sixth and eighth sessions, also in the pursuit ofposttreatment period, completed. Results showed that the subjects' scores onthe dimension of avoiding specific phobia during the treatment and followup,compared with baselines, dropped.Therefore we can saythat treatment by eye movement desensitization and reprocessing was effectivein reducing symptoms of phobia avoidance.
