مصداق‌یابی کلمه‌ «القربی» در آیه‌ مودت از راه نقد و بررسی روایات شان نزول

بعد از آنکه اتفاق نظر است که منظور از «قربی» در آیه‌ 23 سوره شوری نزدیکان پیامبر است، در مصداق آن میان شیعه و اهل سنت اختلاف است. اهل سنت پنج احتمال را آورده، اما بیشتر گفته‌اند این آیه در دوران مکی و درباره‌ مشرکان قریش نازل شده و شامل تمام کسانی می‌شود که با رسول خدا به نحوی نسبت نسبی دارند؛ هرچند بسیار دور. برای اثبات این موضوع به روایت ابن عباس و برخی دیگر استناد کرده‌اند که همگی از نظر سند، ضعیف و از نظر محتوا غیر قابل استدلال می‌باشند. شیعه می‌گوید این آیه درباره‌ اهل بیت نازل شده و به روایات صحیحی که از سوی فریقین رسیده، می‌توان استدلال کرد. افزون بر روایات، به برخی آیات دیگر که واژه‌ «قربی» در آنها آمده و روایاتی که در تفسیر آنها رسیده و به اهل بیت تطبیق داده شد، نیز می‌توان استناد نمود. زیرا واژه‌ «قربی» در پنج مورد قرآن به یک معنا و یک مصداق می‌باشد. بدیهی است که هیچ حکمی در قرآن بدون فلسفه و ضرورت نیست، فلسفه‌ مودت نیز می‌تواند ایجاد رابطه‌ مردم با اهل بیت: به‌عنوان مرجع دینی و علمی باشد.

Proving Applicability of the Word Al-Qurbā (Relatives) in the Verse Mawiddat (Loving-kindness) through Critique of the Narrations of the Revelation Occasion

following unanimity concerning the fact that alqurbā in verse 23 of Sūrat alShūrā is meant to be the Prophet’s near of kin, there is disagreement between the Suunis and Shī‘as as to its referent. The Sunnis have brought up five possibilities but have already said that this verse had been revealed in the Meccan era and concerning the Quraysh polytheists, including those having some relation, even though far, to the Apostle of Allah. To prove this issue, they have adduced to the traditions of Ibn ‘Abbās and certain others, all of whom are weak in sanad (chain of transmission) and unarguable in content. The Shī‘as believe that this verse is reveled about the Ahl alBayt and to prove this we could refer to the sound traditions narrated by both the Sunni and Shī‘as as evidence. In addition to the narrations, one can also refer to some other verses in which the word qurbā is used as well as the narrations quoted in their interpretation, which can be applied to the Ahl alBayt. It is because the word qurbā enjoys the same meaning and referent in five instances in the Qur’an. Obviously, no precept in the Qur’an is without a rationale or unnecessary, the rationale for mawaddat can be creating relation for people to the Ahl alBayt as religious and scholarly authorities.
