مبانی فقهی اصل 11 ق. ا با برویکردی بر ادله امکان وحدت مذاهب اسلامی از منظر فریقین

اتحاد و یکپارچگی میان مذاهب اسلامی یکی از اصول مهمی است که مخالفان و موافقان وحدت مباحث مهمی را مطرح نمودند که در این نوشتار به مساله امکان وحدت با توجه به نقد و بررسی ادله عدم امکان و امکان آن بر مبنای اصل یازده، پرداخته می شود. همچنین این مقاله به دنبال اعتبار سنجی امکان وحدت از منظر شیعه و اهل تسنّن می باشد. حاصل این پژوهش آن است که مفهوم شناسی وحدت که از سوی طرفداران وحدت ارائه می شود و با معنایی که طرفداران عدم امکان وحدت و مخالفان تقریب بیان می کنند، متفاوت می باشد. معنای وحدت اسلام و تقریب مذاهب اسلامی، واحد شدن مذهب اسلامی و یا ابطال مذاهب اسلامی دیگر نیست؛ بلکه معنای وحدت و تقریب آن است که همه مذاهب اسلامی با تمامی گستردگی های عقاید و آراء آن، قابل احترام هستند که نتیجه آن تکیه بر نقاط مشترک و اتحاد همه مذاهب و فرفه های اسلامی برای اعتلای اسلام در مقابل دشمنان اسلام و دفاع همه جانبه از همه مسلمانان جهان می باشند. مهم ترین ادله امکان وحدت، آیات و روایات و عقل و تاریخ است.
