تحلیل انتقادی مبانی فقهی-سیاسی سلفیه تکفیری در مساله جهاد

مبانی فکری سلفیه تکفیرى، پیش فرض هایی است که اقدامات و دیدگاه گروه بر‌آن استوار می‌باشد. مهمترین مبنای فقهی-سیاسی این جریان احیای خلافت اسلامی با الگوبرداری از مدل خلافت خلفای راشدین است. اینان هر نظام سیاسی در قالبی غیر از خلافت را برنتابیده و با تقسیم جوامع به دارالایمان و دارالکفر، همه جوامع امروزی را جوامع جاهلی قلمداد می کنند. حال آنکه این دیدگاه، هم باعث افول جایگاه خلافت و توسعه تکفیر بی‌ ضابطه مسلمانان ‌شده است و هم راه اندازی این شیوه باید با راه‌کارهای خاص و با ایجاد شرایط و اقدامات لازم همراه باشد. از دیدگاه سلفیه تکفیری یکى از وظایف مهم مسلمانان در برابر دارالاسلام، ضرورت مهاجرت به آن به عنوان واجب کفایى است لیکن طبق آیات و سنت نبوی وجه وجوب هجرت، دستیابی به مکانی است که بتوان در آن، خداوند را بندگی و به وظایف خویش عمل کرد. جهاد، اساسى‏ترین راهکار رهبران سلفیه تکفیری براى دست‏یابى به اهداف مورد نظرشان، از جمله تشکیل حکومت اسلامى است و در این راستا حکم جهاد را در اختیار همه قرارداده و تقلید در احکام را جایز نمی دانند. فارغ از آنکه این، تلقی عوامانه از جهاد بوده و نیز تقلید از اوایل تاریخ اسلام وجود داشته است.

Critical Analysis of the PoliticalJurisprudence Basis of the Takfiri Salafism on the Issue of Jihad

The intellectual bases of Salafi Takfiri are the preconditions which the group’s actions and views are based on. The most important legalpolitical basis of this currents is the revival of the Islamic caliphate, with the modeling of Rashidun Caliphates. They don’t tolerate any political system in a format other than this, and by dividing the communities into Dar aliman and Dar alKufar, they consider all modern societies. This view has caused the decline of the caliphate status, and the launch of this approach should be accompanied by specific actions and by creating the necessary conditions and measures. From the point of view of Takfiri Salafism, one of the important duties of Muslims towards Dar alIslam is the necessity of immigration as a collective obligation. But, according to the verses and prophetic tradition, the cause of necessity of emigration is to achieve a place where to serve God and to perform one’s duties. Jihad is the most basic solution of Takfiri Salafi leaders to achieve their desired goals, including the establishment of an Islamic government, and in this regard, they have given to the every one the warrant for jihad, and imitation in religious rules is not permissible. They ignore that this is a popular interpretation of jihad, and that Imitation has existed since early Islamic history.
