بررسی عوامل تسهیل‌کننده حقوق بیماران با تاکید بر منشور حقوق بیمار (مطالعه موردی نگرش پرستاران بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر ارومیه)

پیش زمینه و هدف: احترام به شان و حقوق افراد جزء لاینفک خدمات درمانی بوده و ویژگی های ملیتی، نژادی، مذهبی، سن، جنس و حتی ویژگی های سیاسی یا اجتماعی بیماران دلیل موجهی بر برتری آن ها نسبت به یکدیگر نمی باشد. از طرفی موردی که می تواند بر ارتقاء و کیفیت سطح سلامتی همه افراد جامعه موثر باشد تدوین و رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران می باشد که در مورد امور بهداشتی و مراقبتی خود لازم دارند. در این تحقیق تلاش بر این بوده تا میزان رعایت حقوق بیماران ازنظر پرستاران، سپس عوامل تسهیل کننده حقوق بیمار تعیین گردد.مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق از روش تلفیقی (از نوع کمی و کیفی) استفاده شده است. ابتدا با 30 نفر از پرستاران مصاحبه باز اکتشافی صورت گرفت و در مرحله بعد با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه از یک نمونه 400 نفری پرستاران بیمارستان های دولتی شهر ارومیه در سال 1393 به جمع آوری اطلاعات پرداخته شد. سپس نتایج با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده از روش تحلیل عاملی این تحقیق نشان داد به ترتیب: وجود امکانات و تخصص کافی، افزایش پرسنل، کاهش بیماران (افزایش تعداد بیمارستان ها)، آگاهی بیمار از حقوق خود در تعامل با پرستاران، تخصیص زمان کافی برای مراقبت از بیمار، توانمند rlm;سازی سیستم اجرائی و مدیریتی، آشنایی بیمار با سیستم درمان، عدم به کارگیری نیروهای طرحی در درمان اصلی از عوامل اصلی تسهیل کننده های حقوق بیمار در بیمارستان های شهر ارومیه می باشند. این عوامل درمجموع توانسته اند 54/60 درصد از واریانس حقوق بیمار را تبیین کنند. ضمناً میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار ازنظر پرستاران دقیقاً به اندازه حد متوسط (5/62 درصد) است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق لزوم توجه بیشتر به بیمارستان های دولتی و عوامل تسهیل کننده حقوق بیماران را نمایان می سازد.

EVALUATION OF THE PATIENTS RIGHTS FASILITATOR FACTORS, WITH AN EMPHASIZE ON THE CHARTER OF PATIENTS' RIGHTS (A CASE STUDY OF NURSES' ATTITUDES IN PUBLIC HOSPITALS OF URMIA)

Background Aim: Respect for the dignity and rights of individuals is an integral part of health services, and features of nationality, race, religion, age, gender, and even political or social characteristics of patients cannot be determinant factors regarding their superiority over each other. On the other hand, the number of factor that can affect promotion and health quality level of all members of society are the development and correct treatment according to patients' rights charter which is essential in their healthcare matters. The main aim of this study is to determine the level of respecting for the patients based on their exact rights by the nurses, as well as determining factors which facilitate their rights.Materials Methods: Compilation method (quantitative and qualitative) has been conducted in this study. First, exploratory interview was performed on 30 nurses, then, data were gathered using a questionnaire from a sample of 400 nurses in public hospitals of Urmia in 2014. At last, the results were analyzed using factor analysis.Results: The results obtained from factor analysis of present study showed that the existence of the facilities and expertise, increasing number of staffs, reducing in patients number (increasing the number of hospitals), patients' awareness of their rights when interacting with nurses, allocating sufficient time for patient care, empowering administrative systems, patients' familiarity with the treatment system, not using subforced in main treatment are the main factors facilitating patients' rights in Urmia city hospitals. These factors can explain 54/60 % of the variance of patients' rights. In addition, respecting the patients' right by nurses exactly equals to average (62.50 %).Conclusion: Results of this study shows a need to pay more attention to governmental hospitals and facilitator factors for patients' rights.
