بررسی و مقایسه ادراک کارآموزان مامایی از اثربخشی شیوه‌های آموزشی یادگیری مبتنی بر تیم و آموزش مرسوم (سخنرانی) در زمینه مراقبت‌های کودکان

پیش زمینه و هدف: ممکن است استفاده از شیوه های نوین آموزشی در افزایش سطح آگاهی، علاقه مندی و ادراک دانشجویان تاثیرگذار باشد. لذا برای ارزیابی این فرضیه مطالعه حاضر در نظر دارد تا نقش دو روش آموزشی یادگیری مبتنی بر تیم (tbl) و روش آموزش سنتی را بر سطح ادراک دانشجویان مامایی از مراقبت های کودکان موردبررسی قرار دهد. مواد و روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه شبه تجربی است که بر روی دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه در سال -93 1392 صورت پذیرفت. دانشجویان به طور تصادفی به دو روش آموزشی مبتنی بر تیم و یا روش سنتی مرسوم در کارآموزی بهداشت مادر و کودک تحت تعلیم قرار گرفتند. سپس ادراک کارآموزان مامایی در مورد اثربخشی دو روش مذکور مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافته ها: ادراک دانشجویان در خصوص سازمان دهی و برنامه ریزی واحد درسی، مهارت های ارتباطی و چگونگی ارتباط مدرس با دانشجو، نحوه ارائه تکالیف، برگزاری آزمون ها و ارزشیابی، روش های آموزشی و کمک آموزشی تکمیلی، نتایج حاصل از دوره آموزشی، تلاش و مشارکت وی در دوره آموزشی و موثر بودن روش آموزشی در روش tbl بهتر از روش آموزشی سخنرانی بود (0.05 gt;p). بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر به نظر می رسد در روش آموزشی tbl، ادراک کارآموزان از شیوه های آموزشی در زمینه مراقبت های کودکان بهتر از روش سخنرانی است.

A STUDY ON THE MIDWIFERY STUDENT'S PERCEPTION OF THE CHILDREN’S CARE COURSE BY USING TEAM-BASED LEARNING IN COPARISON WITH CONVENTIONAL LEARNING

Background Aims: Applying novel educational techniques could enhance student rsquo;s motivation, and it can affect their understanding in a course subject. Therefore to examine this hypothesis, the current study aimed to examine and analyze the effects of the team based learning, and the conventional learning methods on the midwifery student rsquo;s perception of the children rsquo;s care course. Material Methods: The current study is a semiempirical research conducted on the undergraduate midwifery students of the Urmia University of Medical Science during 139293 (20132014). Students, randomly, are taught in two different categories of the team based learning and conventional learning methods during their training courses. The students rsquo; perception of the children rsquo;s care course under team based learning was compared with their perception in the conventional learning group. Results: The students rsquo; perception of the course work planning and organising, communication skills and relationship between the students and instructor, assignment presentation, examinations and evaluations, learning and supplementary learning methods, results of the course, students effort and participation in the course and effectiveness of the course in Team Based Learning method (TBL) was better (P 0.05) than the conventional method. Conclusions: According to the findings of the current study, it seems that in the team based learning method (TBL), the students rsquo; understanding of the children rsquo;s care course were higher than those of the speech based method.
