ارتباط هوش معنوی پرستاران با کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری از دید پرستاران و بیماران

پیش زمینه و هدف: هدف نهایی پرستاران ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت مددجویان است. ویژگی های انسانی و باورهای پرستاران می تواند به ایفای بهتر نقش حرفه ای آن ها کمک نماید. مطالعه حاضر برای بررسی ارتباط بین هوش معنوی پرستاران و کیفیت مراقبت آن ها از دیدگاه خودشان و بیماران انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش توصیفی به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس با مشارکت 200 پرستار بالینی و بیمار بستری در بیمارستان انجام گرفت. از پرسشنامه هوش معنوی 42 سوالی بدیع و کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری کیوآلپاک استفاده گردید که روایی آن ها به روش محتوی و پایایی به روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب با ضریب 0.85 و 0.8 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. رابطه بین هوش معنوی و کیفیت مراقبت مددجویان با آزمون آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بررسی شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره هوش معنوی پرستاران 16.0 plusmn; 117.2 و میانگین نمره کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری از دیدگاه خودشان 40.0 plusmn; 177.4 بود، درحالی که میانگین کیفیت مراقبت از دیدگاه بیماران 20.0 plusmn;121.2 بود. بین هوش معنوی و کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری همبستگی مثبت خطی معنی دار وجود داشت (p=0.020 و r=0.231) اما بین مشخصات دموگرافیک مانند جنس، مدرک تحصیلی و سابقه کار با هوش معنوی و کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری رابطه آماری معنی داری مشاهده نشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: هوش معنوی در تقویت باورها و شخصیت پرستاران، می تواند به بهبود کیفیت مراقبت بیماران کمک نماید. بنابراین برخورداری از هوش معنوی بالاتر پرستاران، در محیط کار می تواند در ارتقای عملکرد بهتر و ایفای نقش موثر باشد که این خود به ارتقای سلامت مددجویان می انجامد.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NURSES’ SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE AND QUALITY OF NURSING CARE BASED ON NURSES' & PATIENTS' VIEWPOINTS

Background Aims: Improving patients rsquo; quality of care is the final goal of nurses. On the other hand, personal characteristics and beliefs of nurses can help in their effective role playing, which could affect the caring process. Therefore, this study was done to assess the relationship between nurses rsquo; spiritual intelligence and their patients rsquo; quality of care in educational hospitals of Gonabad University of Medical Sciences. Material Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study which was carried out on 200 nurses patients who were selected by simple sampling. The applied Questionnaires included QUALPAC nurses rsquo; quality of care, and Badie rsquo;s 42questions spiritual intelligence. The validity and reliability of the test were verified by Alpha Cronbach rsquo;s method which was 0.85 0.8, respectively. The relationship between nurses rsquo; spiritual intelligence and their patients rsquo; quality of care was assessed by Pearson rsquo;s correlation test. Results: Based on the nurses opinion, the mean number of spiritual intelligence and nurses rsquo; quality of care were 117.2 plusmn;16.0 and 177.4 plusmn;40.0, respectively, while quality of care in patients viewpoint was 121.2 plusmn;20.0. There was a positive significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and nurses rsquo; quality of care (p=0.020, r=0.231). But there was no significant relationship between demographic characteristics such as gender, education, work experience and nurses rsquo; spiritual intelligence and their patients rsquo; quality of care. Conclusions: Improving spiritual intelligence can help in increasing patients rsquo; quality of care due to encouraging nurses rsquo; beliefs and personality. So, nurses rsquo; mental health and upper spiritual health in clinical environment could improve their function, and it can affect their role playing which could improve clients rsquo; health.
