ترجمه و روان‌سنجی مقیاس تندرستی معنوی در پرستاران انکولوژی

پیش زمینه و هدف: تندرستی معنوی به عنوان یکی از پیشگویی کننده های سلامتی اطلاعات مهمی درباره نیازهای مراقبت بهداشتی و توانایی مقابله افراد با بحران های سلامتی فراهم می کند. بررسی ویژگی های روان سنجی و تطبیق فرهنگی ابزارها به پژوهشگران کمک می کند تا از روایی و پایایی ابزارهای مورداستفاده در جوامع مختلف اطمینان حاصل نمایند . هدف از انجام این پژوهش ترجمه و روان سنجی مقیاس تندرستی معنوی پالوتزیان و الیسون (1983) در نمونه پرستاران انکولوژی بود. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه با طرح اکتشافی است که در آن 130 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در 12 بیمارستان وابسته به دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، تهران و ایران به عنوان نمونه مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. ابتدا مقیاس تندرستی معنوی پالوتزیان و الیسون (1983) بر اساس الگوی وایلد و همکاران (2005) ترجمه و تطبیق فرهنگی شد. سپس روایی محتوایی، صوری، ملاکی، سازه و پایایی آن به ترتیب توسط کارشناسان با استفاده از شاخص روایی محتوا ، ضریب همبستگی، تحلیل عاملی، ضریب آلفاکرونباخ و آزمون مجدد موردبررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها : با شاخص روایی محتوا با نقطه برش 75 درصد از مقیاس تندرستی معنوی هیچ عبارتی حذف نشد. همچنین گویه های شماره 5 و 10 مقیاس به نظر شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش مبهم و غیرقابل درک بود که اصلاحات لازم در آن ها انجام شد. تحلیل عاملی نشان دهنده دوعاملی بودن مقیاس مذکور بود. همچنین در بررسی روایی ملاکی مقیاس، همبستگی مقیاس با شاخص معنویت تندرستی دیلمن و همکاران (0.465 = r و 0.001>p ) معنی دار بود. آلفای کرونباخ خرده مقیاس تندرستی وجودی تندرستی مذهبی به ترتیب 0.78-= alpha و 64/0 =alpha و ضریب پایایی آزمون مجدد در دو بار اجرای مقیاس و به فاصله 2 هفته 0.56= icc بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نسخه فارسی مقیاس تندرستی معنوی پالوتزیان و الیسون از روایی و پایایی مناسب در جمعیت پرستاران انکولوژی برخوردار است. کاربرد آن در سایر پژوهش های پزشکی و پرستاری پیشنهاد می گردد.

P sychometrics a ssessment and evaluation of research instruments can help researchers to ensure their validity and reliability to be used in different communities. The aim of this study was translation and evaluation of the psychometrics role of Paloutzian and Ellisonrsquo s spiritual wellbeing according to Wild and colleagues (2005) method. Materials Methods: This study has a n exploratory design that recruited 130 oncology nurses working in 12 hospitals of Shahid Behesahti, Tehran , and Iran medical sciences universities by census method. First the ldquo Paloutzian and Ellisson spiritual wellbeing scale (1983) was translated and adapted based on Wild and colleaguesrsquo (2005) method. Then its content, face, criterion and construct validity as well as its reliability was determined by using CVI, correlation coefficient, factor analysis, alpha chronbach and test retest ways. Results: By using CVI with 75% cut off point , no item was deleted from spiritual wellbeing scale. N umber 5 and 10 items had some ambiguity from participantsrsquo point of view that we did some modifications. Factor analysis results indicated that the scale had two domains. In order to obtain criterion validity of scale, we used the Dealman and colleagues spirituality index of wellbeing as criterion indicating that the two instruments correlations was r= 0/46. Chronbach alpha coefficient of s piritual wellbeing and religious wellbeing subscales were alpha = 0/78 and alpha = 0/64 respectively. Reliability coefficient was ( r = 0/56) which was obtained by using test retest in two administrations of scale with 2 weeks interval. Conclusion : Persian version of lsquo Paloutzian and Ellisson rsquo spiritual wellbeing scale (1983) has a proper validity and reliability in oncology nurses population. We suggest the application of it in other medical and nursing studies.
