بررسی دانش و نگرش دانشجویان دوره کلینیک دندانپزشکی از اصول احیای قلبی ریوی در سال 1393

پیش زمینه و هدف: بروز فوریت های پزشکی در مطب دندانپزشکی ناشایع نبوده و از موارد چالش برانگیز برای دندان پزشک و بیمار هست. ایست قلبی ریوی یکی از مهم ترین موارد فوریت های پزشکی بوده و احیای قلبی ریوی جزء حیاتی و اولین گام در پاسخ به آن هست، لذا داشتن دانش در این زمینه برای دانشجویان دندانپزشکی ضروری است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی میزان دانش و نگرش دانشجویان دندانپزشکی (کلینیک) از اصول احیای قلبی ریوی انجام گرفت. مواد و روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود و بر روی 60 نفر از دانشجویان دوره کلینیک دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه انجام گردید. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته با 56 عبارت در 4 قسمت جمعیت شناختی و دانش از احیای قلبی ریوی پایه و پیشرفته و نگرش نسبت به احیای قلبی ریوی بود. داده های جمع آوری شده پس از واردکردن در برنامه spss(19) با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی تدوین گردید. یافته ها: نتایج حاکی است که از 60 نفر شرکت کننده در پژوهش 38.3 درصد مرد و 94.2 درصد مجرد بوده و میانگین سنی آن ها 23.84 بود. میزان دانش از اصول احیای قلبی ریوی پایه و پیشرفته بسیار ضعیف بود. 95 درصد هیچ گونه آموزش تئوریک و عملی در طول تحصیل خود در این رابطه نداشتند. همچنین هیچ یک از نمونه ها سابقه مشاهده از نزدیک و یا مشارکت در امر احیای قلبی ریوی را نداشتند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه موید آن است که میزان دانش دانشجویان دوره کلینیک دندانپزشکی در زمینه احیای قلبی ریوی مناسب نیست، فلذا پیشنهاد می شود با برگزاری کارگاه ها، تحویل پروتکل و بالاخص گنجاندن واحد درسی مشخص برای دروس تئوری و عملی احیای قلبی ریوی در دوره های پره کلینیک و کلینیک در دانشکده های دندانپزشکی، گامی موثر در ارتقاء سطح دانش و نگرش دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در رابطه با احیای قلبی ریوی برداشته شود.

Cardiopulmonary arrest is one of the most important medical emergencies and CPR is a vital component and the first step in responding to it, Therefore, having knowledge in this field is essential for dental students. This study aimed to determine the Level of Knowledge and Attitude in Dentistry students about Principles of CPR. Materials Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted on 60 dentistry clinic students in Urmia University of Medical Sciences. Data collecting instrument was a researchermade questionnaire with 56 items in 4 parts: Demographic, knowledge of basic CPR, knowledge of advanced CPR, and attitudes about CPR. After entering the collected data to the SPSS (19) program, data analysis was performed by using descriptiveanalytical statistics. Results: The results indicated that from 60 participants in the study, 38/3% were male and 94/2% were single, and the mean age was 23/84. Level of knowledge about principles of basic and advanced CPR was very poor. 95% of the participants did not have any theoretical and practical training during their education in this regard. Also, none of the sles had the background of observation or participation of CPR. Conclusion: The findings confirm that level of knowledge of clinic students of dentistry in the field of CPR is not appropriate. Therefore, effective steps must be taken to enhance the level of knowledge and attitude of dentistry students. It is suggested to organize workshops or to submit protocols about CPR and especially to corporate specific theoretical and practical CPR courses in the preclinic or clinic curriculum in the dentistry schools.
