تبیین سلامت روان پرستاران بر اساس تئوری سرمایه اجتماعی سازمانی

پیش زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و ابعاد آن (ساختاری، رابطه ای، شناختی) با سلامت روان پرستاران شهرستان کوهدشت و همچنین تعیین سهم نسبی هر یک از ابعاد فوق در پیش بینی سلامت روان آنان صورت گرفته است. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از توصیفی همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران شهرستان کوهدشت می باشد که تعداد آن ها برابر با 161 نفر بوده است. از این میان، به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده حجم کل نمونه 113 نفر برآورد شد. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی و سلامت عمومی ghq28 استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی همچون فراوانی و استنباطی همچون تحلیل همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین سرمایه اجتماعی و سلامت روان پرستاران رابطه مثبتی (0.164) وجود دارد. علاوه بر این، یافته ها بیانگر وجود رابطه مثبت بین ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی (ساختاری، رابطه ای و شناختی) با سلامت روان بود (به ترتیب:0.125 ، 0.161 و 0.102). بعلاوه، یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که از میان ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی، ابعاد رابطه ای و شناختی می توانند سلامت روان پرستاران را پیش بینی کنند (به ترتیب: 0.132 و 0.073) و از این میان، بعد ساختاری پیش بینی کننده مناسبی برای سلامت روان پرستاران شهرستان کوهدشت نیست. بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته های این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که بیمارستان ها و مدیران آن بایستی به خلق و گسترش محیط کاری که در آن کمیت و کیفیت روابط مثبت و مولد است توجه نمایند تا بدین ترتیب پرستاران بتوانند بدون وجود مشکلات روانی ناشی از محیط کاری پرفشار به وظیفه خود که همانا مراقبت از بیماران و فراهم کردن حمایت عاطفی برای آنان است، عمل کنند.

Clarifyng nursesrsquo mental health based on organizational social capital theory Faraji Dehsorkh H[1],Yozbashi AR[2]*,SHateri K[3],Akbari M[4] Received: 24 May, 2014 Accepted: 2 Aug, 2014 Abstract Background Aims : The present paper aims at investigating the relationship between social capital and its dimensions with mental health among Kohdasht nursing staff as well as determining each dimensionrsquo s contribution to predict their mental health. Materials Methods: The study is applied in terms of aim and descriptivecorrelational in terms of data collection method. The target population consists of all Kohdasht nursing staff which amounts to 161nurses. A sle of 113 was randomly selected. A researchermade questionnaire of social capital and general health questionnaire (GHQ28) with reliability of 0.87 and 0.94 respectively were implemented for data collection. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential techniques such as frequency, correlation and regression were applied. Results: According to the findings, there is a positive relationship between social capital and nursesrsquo mental health. In addition, it was revealed that there is a positive relationship between social capital dimensions and nursesrsquo mental health. Findings also revealed that relational and cognitive social capital could predict nursesrsquo mental health, but on the other hand, structural social capital turned out not to be a appropriate factor for the prediction of nursesrsquo mental health. Conclusion : We suggest that hospital administration board should pay attention to and take care of social capital so that nurses could keep up decent work regardless of workrelated stress.
