مطالعه‌ای بر خودارزیابی دانشجویان از مهارت‌های مراقبت دارویی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه

پیش زمینه و هدف: آموزش داروشناسی در پرستاری به منظور کسب مهارت های لازم در زمینه مراقبت های دارویی بیماران انجام می شود و کسب این مهارت ها یکی از صلاحیت های ضروری حرفه پرستاری است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه ارزیابی درک دانشجویان پرستاری از مهارت های مهم مراقبت دارویی خود است. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی با شرکت تمامی دانشجویان سال های دوم، سوم و چهارم پرستاری انجام شد. داده ها توسط یک پرسشنامه متشکل از مشخصات دموگرافیک، ارزیابی از داشتن یا نداشتن ضعف و جدول مقیاس اندازه گیری خودارزیابی دانشجو (sars) جمع آوری گردیده و نهایتاً توسط نرم افزار آماری spss (ver.16) و با روش های توصیفی و تحلیلی (کای دو) آنالیز گردید. یافته ها: 65/3 درصد مشارکت کنندگان مرد و 43/7 درصد زن بودند. به استثنای مهارت در زمینه آموزش به بیمار در سایر مهارت ها بیش از 65درصد دانشجویان ارزیابی ضعیفی از مهارت های مراقبت دارویی خود داشتند. دانشجویان بیشترین ضعف خود را در تشخیص عوارض جانبی داروها و بیشترین توانایی را در زمینه آموزش به بیمار ذکر نمودند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: دانشجویان میزان مهارت های مراقبت دارویی خود را ضعیف ارزیابی می کنند. این یافته یک نقص برجسته را در صلاحیت های حرفه ای دانشجویان نشان می دهد که نیازمند توجه فوری برای رفع آن است. امید است که با بکار گرفتن شیوه های مناسب بتوان در بهبود هرچه بیشتر کیفیت آموزشی دانشجویان پرستاری تلاش مضاعفی نمود.

The Study on Student's SelfAssessment of Pharmaceuticalcare skills in Nursing Students, Urmia University of Medical SciencesZareie F [1]*, Baaghi P [2], Ghaderian Kh [3], Shams Sh[4], Naseri O [5] Received: 12 Jul , 2014 Accepted: 16 Sep , 2014 Abstract Background Aims: Pharmacology education in nursing is a process to teach the students to acquire the necessary skills in the field of patient's pharmaceuticalcares, and the acquisition of these skills is one of the necessary qualifications in the nursing profession. The aim of this study was to evaluate nursing student's perception of their important skills in pharmaceuticalcare. Materials Methods: This crosssectional study involved all the nursing students in their second, third and fourth years of study. The data were gathered by a questionnaire consisting of demographic data, the question on presence or absence of weaknesses in pharmacology and table of SelfAssessment Rating Score (SARS), and they were finally analyzed by SPSS statistical software (ver.16). Result: 56/3% of participants were male and 43/7% were female. Except in patient education skills, in other skills over 65% of students had poor assessment of their pharmaceutical care skills. Students estimated themselves highly weak in their ability to detect the common side effects of medicines, and highly capable in patient education. Conclusion: Students evaluated their pharmaceutical care's skills as poor. These findings highlight a flaw in the student's professional competencies that require immediate attention to fix it.
