تاثیر اسانس استنشاقی لاوندولا بر فشارخون، ضربان نبض و تعداد تنفس بیماران قبل از آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر

پیش زمینه و هدف: بررسی های تهاجمی ازجمله آنژیوگرافی استرس و اضطراب را برای بیماران به همراه دارد. اضطراب بر روی واکنش های فیزیولوژیک مددجو تاثیر گذاشته و مددجو را در اتاق آنژیوگرافی در معرض خطر قرار می دهد. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تاثیر اسانس استنشاقی لاوندولا بر فشارخون، ضربان نبض و تعداد تنفس بیماران قبل از آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر بود. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی است که بر روی 91 مددجوی بستری، جهت آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر در بیمارستان فاطمه الزهرا (س) ساری انجام شد. افراد به دو گروه کنترل (46) و مداخله (45 نفره) تقسیم شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل دو فرم؛ اطلاعات دموگرافیک، برگه ثبت متغیرهای همودینامیک بود که توسط هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از رایحه درمانی تکمیل شد. سپس داده ها با نرم افزار 16 spss و آزمون های آماری کای اسکوئر و تی تحلیل شد. یافته ها: دو گروه ازنظر جنس، تاهل، سطح تحصیلات، سابقه بیماری، سن و داشتن بیمه درمانی با هم جور بودند. پس از رایحه درمانی، فشارخون سیستولیک و تعداد تنفس و ضربان قلب در دو گروه شاهد و مورد اختلاف معنی داری را نشان داد (p<0/05). بحث و نتیجه گیری: استشمام لاوندولا باعث کاهش فشارخون سیستولیک و تعداد تنفس و ضربان قلب قبل از آنژیوگرافی می گردد و می توان توصیه نمود که قبل از مداخلات تهاجمی مانند آنژیوگرافی، رایحه درمانی به عنوان یک مداخله مراقبتی و حمایت روانی و بدون عارضه سوء برای بیماران استفاده گردد.

The effect of Aroma inhalation ON SYSTOLIC blood pressure, pulse rate and the number of breathing before coronary angiography Tahmasebi H[1]*,Abasi E[2],Darvishhkezri H[3],Zafari M[4] Received: 9 Oct , 2014 Accepted: 11 Dec , 2014 Abstract Background Aims: Anxiety as an intensifier at cardiovascular reactions can endanger patients in angiography clinics. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of aroma inhalation on the hemodynamic condition of patients experiencing coronary angiography. Materials Methods: This research is a clinical trial study to determine the effect of aromatherapy on hemodynamic signs of 91 patients hospitalized in Fateme Zahra hospital in 2012.Considering the conditions and methods of sling, the patients were divided into two subject and control groups randomly. Research variables included hemodynamic variables in addition to demographic data. Intervening measures were done by Lavendula aroma in subject group and distilled water in control group. In both groups, hemodynamic parameters were measured before angiography. Collected data were analyzed by TTest and chisquare statistical trial. Result: The results showed that the rate of the variables of systolic blood pressure, pulse rate and the number of breathing before angiography and the rate of the variables of systolic blood pressure, pulse rate and the number of breathing after angiography showed meaningful statistical difference. Conclusion: Considering the results it can be recommended to use aromatherapy before invasive studies like angiography as a health care intervention without any harmful side effects for patients.
