ارزیابی موفقیت سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه بر اساس مدل تعدیل‌شده دلون و مکلین

پیش زمینه و هدف: با توجه به چندگانگی ابعاد موفقیت سیستم های اطلاعاتی و وجود ذی نفعان متفاوت، دلون و مکلین یک مدل جامع برای ارزیابی سیستم های اطلاعاتی ارائه دادند که به طور گسترده مورد پذیرش محققان دیگر قرار گرفته است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تعیین میزان موفقیت سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه بر اساس مدل تعدیل یافته دلون و مکلین است. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی مقطعی می باشد که در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش شامل کاربران his در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، 180 نفر از آن ها انتخاب شد. داده ها از طریق یک پرسشنامه که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت، جمع آوری گردید. داده های جمع آوری شده توسط نرم افزار آماری spss تحلیل شد. یافته ها: بیشترین میزان موفقیت his بر اساس معیارهای سه گانه مربوط به کیفیت سیستم (3.11) و کمترین میزان مربوط به کیفیت اطلاعات (2.78) می باشد. نتایج آزمون آماری نشان داد که در هیچ کدام از معیارهای سه گانه (کیفیت سیستم،کیفیت اطلاعات و کیفیت خدمات) میزان موفقیت his در حد مطلوبی نبودند(p <0.05). بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق، ضروری به نظر می رسد در بعد کیفیت سیستم his به کاربرپسندی و سرعت بالای ورود داده، سهولت استفاده و همچنین انعطاف پذیری آن تمرکز بیشتری داشت. همچنین جهت افزایش کیفیت اطلاعات، باید جامعیت، دقت و صحت داده، به روز بودن و مطلوبیت گزارشات ارائه شده را ارتقا داد. استفاده از سخت افزارها و تجهیزات پیشرفته و خدمات پشتیبانی بهینه باعث خواهد شد که کاربران از کیفیت خدمات his رضایت کامل داشته باشند.

ASSESSMENT OF HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUCCESS IN HOSPITALS OF URMIA UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES BASED ON THE MODEL ADJUSTED DELONE AND MCLEAN

Assessment of hospital information systems success in hospitals of Urmia University of Medical Sciences based on the model Adjusted DeLone and McLean Jebraeily M[1]*, Maleki M[2], Akbari S[3], Dehghani M[4], Salim Amini L[5] Received: 6 Nov , 2014 Accepted: 22 Dec , 2014 Abstract Background Aim: Given the multiplicity of successful information systems and the existence of different stakeholders, DeLone and McLean systems have been widely adopted by other researchers as a comprehensive model for assessing information systems. The aim of this study was to determine the success of HIS in the hospitals of Urmia University of Medical Sciences based on the adjusted DeLone McLean model. Materials Methods: This is a descriptive cross sectional study which was conducted in 2014.The study population consisted of 180 HIS users (from different types of jobs including physicians, nurses, paraclinical and HIM staffs) from Teaching Hospitals affiliated to Urmia University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using a selfstructured questionnaire which was estimated as both reliable and valid. The data were analyzed by SPSS using software descriptive statistics and analytical statistics (ttest and chisquare). Results: HIS highest success rate based on three criteria related to the quality of system (3.11), and the lowest rate related to the information quality (2.78). The tests result showed that none of the three criteria (system quality, information quality and service quality) was satisfactory (P < 0.05). Conclusion: According to the survey results, to improve the system quality, it seems necessary to make the system user friendly, to speed up the data entry, to improve usability and flexibility of HIS. Also to increase the quality of information, the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and appropriateness of the reports should be improved. Using advanced hardware, equipment and support services will result in the users complete satisfaction.
