بررسی سطح شادمانی ماماهای شاغل در زایشگاه و ارتباط آن با کیفیت عملکرد ارتباطی آن‌ها در سال 1392

پیش زمینه و هدف: شادی یک احساس پایدار در هیجان های مثبت و درک واقعیت زندگی می باشد. نوع احساس و علائم فیزیولوژیکی شادی، ازجمله تغییرات چهره یا لحن کلام، بر اصل رابطه ما با دیگران و کیفیت آن، قویاً تاثیر می گذارد. عملکرد ارتباطی به عنوان مهم ترین ویژگی لازم برای افراد شاغل در بخش ارائه مراقبت های بهداشتی اولیه توصیف شده است. ماما به عنوان عضو کلیدی در فرآیند درمان، بیشترین ارتباط را با مددجو برقرار می کند. لذا مطالعه ی حاضر باهدف تعیین سطح شادمانی و ارتباط آن با کیفیت عملکرد ارتباطی ماما می باشد. مواد و روش کار: مطالعه ی حاضر در سال 1392 بر روی 90 مامای شاغل در زایشگاه های بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند انجام شد. طرح تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه ی شادمانی آکسفورد و چک لیست مشاهده ای عملکرد جمع آوری گردید و توسط spss19 و به وسیله ی آزمون های آماری اسپیرمن، پیرسون و آنالیز واریانس تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. یافته ها: 11 نفر (12/2 درصد) دارای شادمانی سطح پایین، 46 نفر (51/1 درصد) سطح متوسط و 33 نفر (36/7 درصد) دارای سطح شادمانی بالا بودند. ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد بین شادمانی و عملکرد ارتباطی ماماها ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (771/0=rs،0/001>p). بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه بین شادمانی و عملکرد ارتباطی ماماها رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد و ازآنجاکه 63/3 درصد ماماها دارای شادمانی سطح متوسط و پایین بودند مسئولین می توانند کیفیت عملکرد ارتباطی ماماها را با افزایش سطح شادمانی آن ها افزایش و از این طریق رضایت مراجعین از سازمان را افزایش دهند.

STUDY THE LEVEL OF HAPPINESS IN MIDWIVES WORKING IN MATERNITY AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THEIR QUALITY OF COMMUNICATIVE PERFORMANCE IN MASHHAD IN 1392

Study the level of happiness in midwives working in maternity and its relationship to their quality of communicative performance in mashhad in 1392 Received: 8 Apr , 2015 Accepted: 18 Jun , 2015 Abstract: Background Aims: Happiness is a persistent feeling of positive emotion and perception of reality of life. Physiological signs of emotion and joy, including: Changes in the face or tone of speech which strongly affect the quality of our relationship with others. Communication performance is the most important characteristic for those who work in primary healthcare. Midwives as a key member in the treatment process, has close relationship with the patients. Therefore, the present study aimed to determine the level of happiness and its relationship with the quality of communication performance in midwives. Materials Methods: This study was conducted among 90 midwives working in maternity of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences hospitals which were selected through census sling. This is a descriptivecorrelation study. Data were collected from the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and observational Check list for communication performance. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Spearman, ANOVA and Pearson test with Spss19. Results: 11 (12.2%) midwives had low level of happiness, 46 (51.1%) moderate, and 33 midwives (36.7%) had high level of happiness. Spearman correlation coefficient showed a significant and positive correlation between happiness and communication performance (p<0.001, r=0.771). Conclusion: Due to happiness and communicative performance show significant positive correlation, and also the result showed 63.3% of midwives had low and average happiness, authorities can increase the communication performance of midwives by increasing levels of happiness and through this, organizations provide patient satisfaction.
