توانایی تصمیم‌گیری دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه در سال 1393

پیش زمینه و هدف: توانایی تصمیم گیری پایه و اساس عملکرد حرفه ای پرستاری بوده و بیش از هر عاملی بر کیفیت مراقبت تاثیر دارد که می توان آن را از طریق آموزش و تجارب بالینی مناسب در فراگیران ایجاد نمود. این در حالی است که بسیاری از فارغ التحصیلان پرستاری قادر به نشان دادن مهارت های تصمیم گیری مناسب نیستند. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین میزان توانایی تصمیم گیری در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه انجام شده است. مواد و روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی هست که به صورت مقطعی بر روی 220 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری ارومیه به صورت تمام شماری انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه تحلیل تصمیم گیری در پرستاری بود که دارای 2 بخش مشخصات فردی با 3 عبارت و ابعاد مختلف تصمیم گیری در پرستاری شامل 81 عبارت در 10 حیطه بود که بر اساس مقیاس درجه بندی افتراق معنایی (دامنه نمرات 1 تا 7) امتیازبندی شد. داده ها پس از جمع آوری وارد نرم افزار spss(19) شده و برحسب نیاز از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. یافته ها: از کل 220 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده 103 نفر مونث (46/8 درصد) و 198 نفر (90 درصد) مجرد بوده و میانگین سنی نمونه های پژوهش، 21/24±1/83سال بود. 61/4 درصد از دانشجویان شرکت کننده در مطالعه دارای توانایی تصمیم گیری متوسط و 38/6 درصد نیز دارای توانایی تصمیم گیری عالی بودند. توانایی تصمیم گیری بالینی دانشجویان در بعد خلاقیت بهتر از ابعاد دیگر بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که توانایی تصمیم گیری دانشجویان در سطح متوسط بوده و ازآنجایی که تصمیم گیری بالینی تاثیر بسزایی در عملکرد حرفه ای پرستاران دارد، باید تدابیر لازم برای توسعه این مهارت ها بر اساس مطالعات موجود در برنامه آموزشی دانشجویان پرستاری در نظر گرفته شود.

It can be acquired by proper education clinical experiences. Meanwhile, a lot of nursing graduates canrsquo t demonstrate their DecisionMaking skills. This study aimed to determine nursing studentsrsquo DecisionMaking ability in Urmia School of Nursing and Midwifery. Materials Methods : This crosssectional study was conducted on 220 nursing students in Urmia Medical Sciences University in 2014. Data collecting instrument was a questionnaire (ldquo Analysis of DecisionMaking in Nursingrdquo ) with 2 parts: demographic characteristics (3 items) and different aspects of DecisionMaking in nursing (81 items that classified in 10 scope and rated according to semantic differentiate scale (1 to 7). After entering the data to the SPSS (19) software, data analysis was performed by using descriptive and inferential statistics, as needed. Results : 103 of participants were female (46.8%) and 198 were single (90%). The mean and standard deviation of the age of the subjects was 21.24 plusmn 1.83. 61.4% of the participants had the moderate DecisionMaking ability, and 38.6% of them had high DecisionMaking ability. The participantsrsquo clinical decisionmaking ability in ldquo Creativityrdquo aspects was better than other aspects. Conclusion: The results showed that the Decisionmaking ability in nursing students was moderate. Therefore, to take the effective steps and to expand the DecisionMaking ability in nursing students, it is highly recommended to include relative courses in nursing curriculum.
