بررسی مقایسه‌ای وضعیت کوریکولوم پنهان دانشجویان پرستاری در بیمارستان‌های دولتی، خصوصی و تامین اجتماعی ارومیه در سال 1403

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی، کوریکولوم پنهان، تاثیر بی بدیلی را در محیط های آموزش بالینی دارد و به دلیل پایداری و ماندگاری قابل‌ملاحظه در امر یادگیری دانشجویان دارای اهمیت است. این مطالعه باهدف مقایسه وضعیت کوریکولوم پنهان دانشجویان پرستاری در بیمارستان‌های دولتی، تامین اجتماعی و خصوصی انجام شد.مواد و روش کار: مطالعه توصیفی از نوع مقطعی-همبستگی بوده که بر روی 150 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد ارومیه در سال 1403 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان پرستاری دوره کارآموزی در بیمارستان‌های دولتی، تامین اجتماعی و خصوصی بودند. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و ارزشیابی کوریکولوم پنهان در آموزش پرستاری به‌صورت خود اظهاری جمع‌آوری و با نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 و آزمون‌های تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، بین کوریکولوم پنهان و میزان رضایت از رشته، میزان انگیزه و علاقه برای انتخاب رشته پرستاری و وضعیت تاهل ارتباط معنی‌دار وجود دارد (0/05>p). همچنین اختلاف میانگین نمرات کوریکولوم پنهان در مقایسه بیمارستان‌های موردبررسی معنی‌دار بوده (3/585 = f و 0/030 =f) و این اختلاف میانگین در بیمارستان‌های خصوصی، بیشتر از بیمارستان‌های آموزشی-درمانی و تامین اجتماعی است (0/05>p).نتیجه‌گیری: دانشجویان پرستاری، کوریکولوم پنهان در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی خصوصی را در مقایسه با بیمارستان‌های تامین اجتماعی و دولتی بهتر تلقی می‌کنند. یکی از دلایل می‌تواند تعداد کمتر دانشجویان در این بیمارستان‌ها و فرصت یادگیری بیشتر و برقراری ارتباط بهتر با بیماران و خانواده آن‌ها، پرستاران و پزشکان باشد. توجه مدیران بیمارستان‌ها به کوریکوم پنهان می‌تواند محیط بیمارستان را انعطاف‌پذیر نموده و به خلاقیت و نوآوری آموزشی دانشجویان کمک نماید.

comparative analysis of hidden curriculum implementation among nursing students across public, private, and social security hospitals in urmia (2024)

background & aims: in medical universities, the hidden curriculum significantly impacts clinical education environments and plays a crucial role in students’ learning due to its considerable stability and permanence. this study aimed to compare the hidden curriculum status of nursing students in public, private, and social security hospitals.materials & methods: this descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted on 150 nursing students at urmia azad university in 2024. participants were selected from nursing students in internships in public, social security, and private hospitals. data were collected using demographic information questionnaires and the hidden curriculum evaluation scale in nursing education through self-reporting, and analyzed with spss v.23 software and independent t-tests and one-way analysis of variance.results: the results revealed a significant relationship between the hidden curriculum and the level of satisfaction with the nursing program, the level of motivation and interest in choosing the field of nursing, and marital status (p<0.05). also, the difference in the mean scores of hidden curriculums was significant in the comparison of the hospitals studied (p=0.030, f=3.585), with private hospitals showing higher scores than public and social security hospitals (p<0.05).conclusion: nursing students perceived the hidden curriculum in private hospitals to be better compared to public and social security hospitals. potential reasons could be the smaller number of students in these hospitals and the opportunity to learn more and establish better relationships with patients and their families, nurses and doctors. hospital administrators prioritizing attention to the hidden curriculum can make the hospital environment flexible and help students’ creativity and educational innovation.
