بررسی قدرت پیشگویی‌کنندگی هوش هیجانی و هوش اخلاقی بر کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در مراکز آموزشی درمانی ارومیه در سال 1402

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: حرفه پرستاری یکی از مشاغل کلیدی و مهم در محیط‌های بهداشتی درمانی است. کیفیت مراقبت به‌عنوان بخش مهم پرستاری، موردقبول بیشتر پرستاران و محققان پرستاری بوده است. کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری از مولفه‌های مختلف هوش هیجانی، عاطفی و هوش اخلاقی تاثیر می‌پذیرد. به‌علاوه ، هوش هیجانی و هوش اخلاقی بر تصمیم‌گیری بهتر و توانایی حل مشکل نیز تاثیر دارد که این خود بر ارتقای عملکرد پرستاران تاثیرگذار خواهد بود. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین قدرت پیشگویی‌کنندگی هوش هیجانی و هوش اخلاقی بر کیفیت مراقبت پرستاران، حاضر انجام شد.مواد و روش کار: مطالعه حاضر که یک پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مقطعی-همبستگی است. جهت نمونه‌گیری 395 نفر از افراد واجد شرایط که دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه بودند، به روش نمونه‌گیری سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های مشخصات دموگرافیک، هوش هیجانی، هوش اخلاقی و کیفیت مراقبت پرستاران جمع‌آوری شد. برای تحلیل نتایج توصیفی از شاخص‌های مرکزی و فراوانی (درصد) استفاده شد. و از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی جهت بررسی رابطه بین متغیرها و پیشگویی و آزمون‌های تی تست و آنالیز واریانس نیز در نتایج تحلیلی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد بین هوش هیجانی و هوش اخلاقی با کیفیت مراقبت رابطه وجود دارد (0.001>p). همچنین هوش اخلاقی و هوش هیجانی قادر به پیش‌بینی و کیفیت مراقبت می‌باشند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به رابطه مثبت بین هوش هیجانی و اخلاقی و کیفیت مراقبت و با توجه به اینکه هوش هیجانی قابل یادگیری و اکتسابی است به پرستاران توصیه می‌شود که در کلاس‌ها و دوره‌های آموزشی برای بهبود هوش هیجانی حضور یابند. ارتقا و بهبود هوش هیجانی و اخلاقی به حفظ سلامت روان پرستاران در بهبود کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری کمک می‌کند. 

investigating the predicting power of emotional intelligence and moral intelligence on the quality of care in teaching hospitals of urmia in 2023

background & aim: nursing is one of the key jobs in healthcare. quality of care is an important part of nursing and has been accepted by most nurses and researchers. the quality of nursing care is affected by different components of emotional and moral intelligence. in addition, emotional and moral intelligence affect better decision-making and problem-solving abilities, improving nurses’ performance. this study was conducted to determine the predictive power of emotional and moral intelligence on the quality of nursing care.materials & methods: the present study was cross-sectional-correlational descriptive research. three hundred ninety-five eligible nurses who met the study inclusion criteria were selected by quota sampling. data were collected using demographic characteristics, emotional intelligence, moral intelligence, and the quality of nurses’ care questionnaires. frequency and percent were used to analyze the descriptive results. pearson’s correlation coefficient and linear regression were used to examine the relationship between variables and predictions, and t-tests and variance analysis were also used in the analytical tests.results: the results showed a relationship between emotional and moral intelligence with the quality of nursing care (p<0.001). also, moral intelligence and emotional intelligence can predict the quality of nursing care. conclusion: considering the positive relationship between emotional and moral intelligence with the quality of care and the fact that emotional intelligence can be learned and acquired, it is recommended that nurses attend classes and training courses to improve their emotional intelligence. promoting and improving emotional and moral intelligence helps to maintain nurses’ mental health and improve the quality of nursing care.
