ارتباط بین رضایت شغلی و کیفیت روابط زناشویی در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان شهدا بندر گز در سال 1402

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: همه زوج‌ها به دنبال آن هستند که از زندگی زناشویی لذت ببرند و احساس رضایت داشته باشند. رضایت شغلی می‌تواند از عوامل مهم و تاثیرگذار بر رضایت زناشویی باشد. لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین رابطه رضایت شغلی و کیفیت روابط زناشویی در پرستاران بیمارستان شهدا بندر گز در سال 1402 صورت گرفت.مواد و روش کار: مطالعه حاضر، پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مقطعی-همبستگی است و جامعه موردپژوهش در این مطالعه پرستاران بیمارستان شهدا بندر گز در سال 1402 است. شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه با روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. تعداد پرستاران بیمارستان شهدا بندر گز 119 نفر بود. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی لوتانز و پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی اینریچ است. اطلاعات با استفاده از برنامه spss نسخه 21 و آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه p<0.05 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره رضایت شغلی پرستاران بندر گز بالا بود (13.25 ± 139.81) و میانگین نمره رضایت زناشویی بالا گزارش شد (19.46 ± 119.25) که نشان‌دهنده رضایت فوق‌العاده از روابط زناشویی همسران است. آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که ارتباط خطی معناداری بین رضایت شغلی و رضایت زناشویی وجود نداشت (r=0.17; p=0.06).بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد همه پرستاران بیمارستان شهدا بندر گز رضایت فوق‌العاده‌ای از روابط زناشویی خود داشتند. بین رضایت شغلی و رضایت زناشویی همبستگی وجود نداشت. بااین‌حال، به مشاوران و روانشناسان فعال در زمینه زوجین پیشنهاد می‌گردد در مداخلات روان‌شناختی به زوجین نقش مولفه رضایت شغلی به‌عنوان مولفه‌ای موثر در تعاملات زوجین را یادآوری کنند. 

investigating the relationship between job satisfaction and the quality of marital relationships in the nurses working at shohada hospital of bandar gaz, iran in 2023

background& aims: all couples aspire to have a happy and satisfying married life. job satisfaction can play a crucial role in determining the quality of marital relationships. therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and the quality of marital relationships among nurses at bandar gaz shohada hospital in 2023.materials & methods: this descriptive cross-sectional-correlation study was conducted on nurses working at bandar gaz shohada hospital in 2023. the research population consisted of all 119 nurses included in the study through census sampling. the data collection tools used were a demographic information questionnaire, a job satisfaction questionnaire (loutanz), and a marital satisfaction questionnaire (enrich). the collected data was analyzed using spss version 21, utilizing descriptive and analytical statistics. in this study, p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.results: the nurses in bandar gaz reported a high mean job satisfaction score (139.81 ± 13.25) and a high mean marital satisfaction score (119.25 ± 19.46), indicating high satisfaction with their jobs and marital relationships. however, spearman’s correlation test showed no significant linear relationship between job and marital satisfaction (r=0.17; p=0.06).conclusion: the results showed that all bandar gaz shohada hospital nurses were extremely satisfied with their marital relationships. there was no correlation between job satisfaction and marital satisfaction.  however, counselors and psychologists who specialize in couples therapy should consider emphasizing the significance of job satisfaction as a crucial factor in couples’ psychological interventions.
