تاثیر آموزش مفاهیم اخلاق حرفه‌ای از راه دور با استفاده از تلفن همراه بر حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) ارومیه؛ یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: پرستاران بزرگ‌ترین گروه ارائه‌دهنده مراقبت سلامت هستند که برای عمل به موضوعات اخلاقی و اتخاذ تصمیمات صحیح در حرفه پرستاری ابتدا باید نسبت به موضوعات اخلاقی حساسیت کافی وجود داشته باشند. ازجمله مواردی که می‌تواند در این زمینه موثر بوده و به‌عنوان یک چارچوب موردتوجه قرار داد، آشنایی بیشتر فراگیران حرفه پرستاری با مفاهیم اخلاقی است. لذا پژوهش حاضر نیز باهدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش مفاهیم اخلاق حرفه‌ای از راه دور با استفاده از تلفن همراه بر حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) ارومیه انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی که بر روی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام خمینی ارومیه انجام شد. با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس پرستاران واجد شرایط انتخاب شدند و نمونه‌های موردمطالعه به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تقسیم شدند.  در کل 76 نمونه برای مطالعه و 38 پرستار برای هر گروه در نظر گرفته شد. قبل از شروع مداخله پیش‌آزمونی از هر دو گروه با استفاده از پرسشنامه حساسیت اخلاقی لوتزن به عمل آمد. در گروه تلفن همراه، تماس و نیز پیام‌های آموزشی در ارتباط با کدهای اخلاقی هر روز دو پیامک به شرکت‌کننده‌ها به مدت چهار هفته ارسال شد. در گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی صورت نگرفت و تنها برنامه آموزشی بیمارستان را دریافت کردند. بعد از اتمام دوره پرسشنامه مذکور توسط دو گروه مجدداً تکمیل شد. داده‌ها توسط افزار spss نسخه 21 آزمون‌های آماری کای دو اسکوئر و تی تست مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون تی تست زوجی نشان‌دهنده اختلاف آماری معناداری در میانگین نمرات حساسیت اخلاقی در گروه تلفن همراه، قبل و بعد از مداخله بود (p<0.001)؛ ولی در گروه کنترل در میانگین نمرات حساسیت اخلاقی اختلاف معنادار آماری مشاهده نگردید (p=0.678). همچنین نتایج آزمون تی تست مستقل نشان داد که ازنظر میانگین نمرات حساسیت اخلاقی قبل از مداخله بین دو گروه کنترل و تلفن همراه اختلاف آماری معنی‌دار وجود نداشت (p=0.519). اما پس از مداخله بین دو گروه اختلاف آماری معنی‌دار وجود داشت (p<0.001).بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش مشخص گردید که ارتقاء و بهبود حساسیت اخلاقی به‌عنوان یکی از رسالت‌های مهم آموزش حرفه پرستاری نیازمند روش آموزشی مناسب و نوین است؛ با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر، به‌کارگیری آموزش از راه دور به شیوه تلفن همراه در آموزش پرستاران می‌تواند منجر به بالابردن حساسیت اخلاقی آنان گردد. 

impact of distance education of professional ethics concepts via mobile phone on moral sensitivity of nurses employed at imam khomeini hospital in urmia: a semi-experimental study

background & aim: nurses, the largest group of healthcare providers, play a crucial role in adhering to ethical issues and making sound decisions in nursing. to effectively address ethical matters, nurses must first possess sufficient sensitivity toward ethical issues. one influential factor in this regard is enhancing nurses’ familiarity with ethical concepts. hence, the present study aimed to determine the impact of distance education on professional ethical concepts using mobile phones on the ethical sensitivity of nurses working at imam khomeini hospital in urmia.materials & methods: this study was semi-experimental research conducted on nurses employed at imam khomeini hospital in urmia. nurses meeting the inclusion criteria were selected through convenience sampling, and the samples were randomly divided into two control and intervention groups. in total, 76 participants were included in the study, with 38 nurses in each group. prior to the intervention, a pre-test using the lutzen ethical sensitivity questionnaire was conducted on both groups. in the mobile phone group, participants had phone calls, and educational messages related to ethical codes were sent twice a day for four weeks. no specific training was provided to the control group, and they only received the hospital’s regular training program. after the intervention, both groups completed the questionnaire again. the data were analyzed in spss 21 software, using paired t-tests and independent t-tests.results: the paired t-test results indicated a statistically significant difference in the mean scores of ethical sensitivity in the mobile phone group before and after the intervention (p<0.001). however, in the control group, no statistically significant difference was observed in the mean scores of ethical sensitivity (p=0.678). additionally, the independent t-test results showed no statistically significant difference in the mean scores of ethical sensitivity between the two groups before the intervention (p=0.519). nevertheless, after the intervention, a significant statistical difference was observed between the two groups (p<0.001).conclusions: improving ethical sensitivity is one of the essential goals of nursing education. achieving this goal requires an innovative educational approach. according to the results of the study, the use of distance education via mobile phones in nursing training can improve nurses’ ethical sensitivity.
