بررسی تجربه زیسته و رشد هویت در افراد تراجنسیتی: یک مطالعه کیفی

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: افراد تراجنسیتی با مشکلات عدیده روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی روبرو هستند. با توجه به هنجارهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی تعداد مطالعات انجام‌شده در مورد این افراد محدود است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تجربه زیسته افراد تراجنسیتی و رشد هویت آن‌ها است.مواد و روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به روش کیفی و با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. ده نفر از افرادی را که خود را با هویت تراجنسیتی، هویت‌یابی کرده بودند با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. این افراد با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. نمونه‌گیری تا زمان تکمیل داده‌ها ادامه یافت. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، ابتدا داده‌ها ثبت و کدگذاری شدند و سپس با استفاده از روش کلایزی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که افراد تراجنسیتی با چالش‌های مضاعف روانی و اجتماعی در گستره عمر خود مواجه می‌شوند که این چالش‌ها و موانع می‌تواند این افراد را دچار اغتشاش هویت کند.نتیجه‌گیری: اغتشاش هویت با مشکلات سلامت روان و مشکلات روان‌شناختی مرتبط است؛ این مشکلات می‌تواند مانعی برای سازگاری با هویت جدید باشد. رفع موانع هویت‌یابی و نگاه غیر دوگانه به جنسیت داشتن می‌تواند به رشد مناسب هویت این افراد کمک کند.

investigating lived experience and identity development in transgender people: a qualitative study

background & aim: transgender people face many psychological and social problems. due to cultural and social norms, the number of studies conducted on these people is limited. the purpose of this study is to investigate the lived experience and development of identity transgender people.materials & methods: the present study was a qualitative phenomenological approach. ten people who identified themselves as transgender were selected using convenience sampling method. these subjects were studied using semi-structured interview. sampling was continued until the data were completed. in order to analyze the data, the data were first recorded and coded and then analyzed using colaizzi method.results: the results of this study indicated that transgender people face double psychological and social challenges in their lifetime that these challenges and barriers can confuse their identities.conclusion: the identity disorder is associated with mental health problems and psychological problems these problems can be a barrier to adapting to their new identity. removing barriers from their identity and having a non-dual view on their gender can help them to properly develop their identity.
