بررسی سطح جامعه‌پذیری و هویت‌حرفه‌ای دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: امروزه با حرفه‌ای‌شدن پرستاری و افزایش نیاز جامعه به پرستاران حرفه‌مند، مفهوم هویت‌حرفه‌ای به‌عنوان عامل‌کلیدی و تاثیرگذار برکیفیت مراقبت پرستاری و بازگشت سلامتی بیماران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. دانشجویان پرستاری به موازات حرفه‌ای شدن ارزش‌ها، هنجارها، رفتارها و مهارت‌های مناست با حرفه را طی فرآیند جامعه‌پذیری‌حرفه‌ای، که اولین گام‌های آن از دوره دانشجویی آغاز می‌شود، درونی‌سازی می‌کنند که برای تحقق نقش‌های حرفه‌ای آنان در آینده و رشد هویت حرفه‌ای‌شان حیاتی است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین سطح جامعه‌پذیری و هویت‌حرفه‌ای دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه در سال 1401 انجام گرفت.مواد و روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع مقطعی-همبستگی است که 110 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری‌ترم های 4 تا 8 به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های جامعه‌پذیری‌حرفه‌ای و هویت‌حرفه‌ای که روایی و پایایی انها مورد تایید قرار گرفته بود، استفاده شد. داده‌ها با آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 تجزیه تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌کلی‌جامعه‌پذیری‌حرفه‌ای شرکت کننده‌ها 31.75±137.57 بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار در حیطه ارزش گذاری و شناخت از حرفه 9.17±36.60، حیطه مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای 25.64± 56.27، حیطه مدیریت و سیاست‌های سازمانی 8.58± 35.74، حیطه ارتباطات بین فردی 3.26± 9.50 می‌باشد. نمره‌کلی هویت‌حرفه‌ای شرکت‌کننده‌ها 8.26± 50.13 بود.نتیجه‌گیری: سطح جامعه‌پذیری دانشجویان در حیطه ارزش‌گذاری و شناخت از حرفه، حیطه مدیریت و سیاست‌های سازمانی و حیطه ارتباطات بین فردی متوسط و در حیطه مهارت‌های‌حرفه‌ای ضعیف، می‌باشد. سطح‌کلی جامعه‌پذیری‌حرفه‌ای بیشتر شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش متوسط بود. وضعیت کلی هویت‌حرفه‌ای شرکت‌کننده‌ها متوسط بود. براساس یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش، پیشنهاد می‌شود با تحلیل فرآیندها و اقدامات مرتبط، سطح هویت و جامعه پذیری حرفه‌ای دانشجویان را به‌عنوان پایه‌عملکردی مراقبت از بیمار ارتقا داد.

investigating the level of socialization and professional identity of nursing students in urmia university of medical sciences

background & aim: with the professionalization of nursing and the increase in society’s need for professional nurses, professional identity has been considered a vital and influential factor in the quality of nursing care and the recovery of patients’ health. nursing students internalize norms, values, knowledge, and skills through professional socialization that begins with their academic period, which is essential for their future professional roles and self-development. therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the socialization and professional identity level at urmia university of medical sciences in 2022.materials & methods: this research is a descriptive cross-sectional-correlation study. the population included all nursing students in the 4th to eighth semesters. one hundred ten nursing students were selected using convenience sampling. the social acceptability measurement scale and professional identity questionnaire were used to collect data. the data were analyzed using spss software version 22.results: the mean score for professional socialization was 137.57± 31.75. the mean score in the dimensions of valuation and recognition of profession was 36.60 ± 9.17; professional skills were 56.27 ± 25.64; management and organizational was 35.74 ± 8.58; and interpersonal communications was 9.5 ± 3.26. the participant’s professional identity total score was 50.13 ± 8.26.conclusions: the student’s overall professional socialization and professional identity were medium. the student’s professional socialization was at a medium level for valuing and understanding the profession, management and organizational policies, and interpersonal communication. however, it was weak in professional skills. it is recommended that students’ identity and professional sociability be improved as the functional basis of patient care by analyzing the processes and related actions.
