مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری در آموزش بالینی: یک مطالعه دلفی

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: آموزش بالینی یکی از اجزاء اساسی برنامه درسی رشته پرستاری است. روشن کردن نقش و مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری از راهکارهای توسعه آموزش بالینی است که با ارتقاء عملکرد دانشجویان و تضمین حیات حرفه‌ای پرستاری، ارائه مراقبت با کیفیت و ایمن را به دنبال خواهد شد. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری در فرآیند آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شده است.مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع دلفی تعدیل یافته است که طی دو راند صورت گرفت. مشارکت‌کنندگان 30 نفر از مدرسان رشته پرستاری بودند که به‌صورت مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل یک پرسشنامه بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با آمار توصیفی و آنالیز محتوی و به کمک نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 17 صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها: بر اساس داده‌ها، مسئولیت حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری در آموزش بالینی دارای شش طبقه بود شامل: انجام وظایف آموزشی با هشت مولفه، مراقبت کل‌نگر بیمار با چهار مولفه، ارتباط، تعامل و تبادل اطلاعات با شش مولفه، کسب شایستگی حرفه‌ای با شش مولفه، تقویت توانمندی‌های فردی با پنج مولفه و رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای با هشت مولفه است.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: دانشجویان پرستاری برای یادگیری اثربخش در محیط بالینی لازم است از مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای خود آگاه باشند، چراکه شناخت و درک مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای می‌تواند ضمن تسهیل فرآیند آموزش، منجر به ارائه مراقبت ایمن و باکیفیت به مددجویان و ارتقاء فردی دانشجو و حرفه پرستاری گردد. همچنین می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز ارزیابی دانشجویان توسط مربیان و توسعه مداخلات مناسب برای ارتقاء مسئولیت حرفه‌ای دانشجویان شود.

professional responsibilities of nursing students in clinical education: a delphi study

background & aims: clinical education is an essential part of the nursing curriculum. clarifying the professional role and responsibilities of nursing students is one of the strategies for the developing clinical education, which will cause the provision of quality and safe care by improving the performance of students and ensuring the professional life of nursing. this study was conducted with the aim of determining the professional responsibilities of the nursing students in the process of clinical education of nursing students.materials & methods: this study is a modified delphi one, which was conducted in two rounds. the participants were 30 nursing instructors who were selected based on the purposive sampling. the data collection tool was a questionnaire. data analysis was done with descriptive statistics and conventional content analysis using spss version 17 software.results: based on the results, the professional responsibility of nursing students in clinical education had six dimensions including: performing educational tasks with eight components, holistic patient care with four components, communication, interaction and information exchange with six components, acquiring professional competence with six components, strengthening individual capabilities with five components, and observing the principles of professional ethics with eight components.conclusion: nursing students need to be informed of their professional responsibilities for effective learning in the clinical environment, because knowledge and understanding of professional responsibilities can facilitate the education process and provide safe and high-quality care to clients and improve the student’s personality. it can also be a basis for the evaluation of students by instructors and development of appropriate interventions to promote the professional responsibility of the students.
