کیفیت ارتباط کارکنان درمانی با خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه: یک مطالعه مروری

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: به دنبال بستری شدن فرد بیمار در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه، خانواده وی در معرض مجموعه‌ای از واکنش‌های جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی می‌گیرد. در این مرحله یکی از عوامل کمک‌کننده به خانواده‌ها جهت سازش با بحران پیش‌آمده برقراری ارتباط کارکنان درمانی شاغل در بخش‌های ویژه با خانواده‌ها هست. به راین اساس، این مطالعه باهدف بررسی کیفیت ارتباط کارکنان درمانی با خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه انجام شده است.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مروری در سال 1401 با جستجوی مقالات مرتبط در پایگاه‌های علمی science direct, web of science, pubmed, irandoc, magiran, sid, انجام شد. کلیه مقالات به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در بازه زمانی 2005- 2022 و 1384- 1401 بررسی شدند که در پایان مراحل غربالگری 14 مقاله مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: با توجه به مطالعات مرور شده، کیفیت ارتباط بین خانواده‌های بیماران و کارکنان درمانی شاغل در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه ضعیف و نامطلوب گزارش شده است. عوامل مختلفی در بروز این وضعیت نقش دارند که در دو حیطه عوامل فردی و عوامل شغلی-محیطی قابل‌ تقسیم‌بندی بوده و منجر به تضعیف کیفیت ارتباط می‌شوند.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: کلیه کارکنان بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه اعم از پزشکان و پرستاران به‌عنوان اعضای اصلی تیم مراقبت و درمان باید به خانواده بیماران به‌عنوان جزئی موثر در فرایند درمان بیمار توجه ویژه نموده و با تلاش بر اجرای رویکردهایی مانند مراقبت خانواده محور، سعی در افزایش کیفیت ارتباطات که عنصر و هسته مرکزی حمایت از خانواده بیمار بشمار می‌آید، داشته باشند.

the quality of communication between the treatment staff and the families of patients admitted to the intensive care unit: a systematic review

background & aim: following the hospitalization of a patient in intensive care unit, his/her family is exposed to a series of physical, psychological, social and spiritual reactions. at this stage, one of the factors that help families to deal with the crisis is communication with staff working in critical care units. therefore, this study was conducted aimed investigating the quality of communication between the staff and the families of patients admitted to the intensive care units.materials & methods: this review study was conducted in 2022 through searching related articles in scientific databases including science direct, web of science, pubmed, irandoc, magiran, sid. all articles in persian and english that were published during 2005-2022, reviewed. after screening process, fourteen articles were analyzed.results: according to the studies, the quality of communication between patients’ families and icu staff has been reported to be weak and undesirable. several factors that have a role in this condition dividing in personal and occupational-environmental factors and cause weakness of communication.conclusion: all icu staff including doctors and nurses, as the main members of medical team, should pay special attention to families as effective elements of patients’ treatment process. they must try to implement some approaches such as family-centered care and try to boost quality of communication that is considered as the core element of patients’ families support.
