بررسی نقش پیش‌بینی‌کننده الگوهای ارتباطی در دل‌زدگی و بی‌ثباتی زناشویی در زنان نابارور

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: سلامت خانواده از کیفیت رابطه همسران تاثیر می‌پذیرد. الگوهای ارتباطی در زمره ملاک‌های بااهمیت این رابطه قرار دارد و ارتقای سطح بهداشت روانی زوجین را تسهیل می‌کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش پیش‌بینی کننده الگوهای ارتباطی در دل‌زدگی و بی‌ثباتی زناشویی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی پیش‌بین بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک زنان و زایمان و مرکز درمان ناباروری علی ابن ابیطالب (ع) زاهدان بود. در این پژوهش 60 نفر از زنان نابارور به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نسخه 24 نرم‌افزار spss انجام گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن بود که سه متغیر الگو ارتباطی، بی‌ثباتی و دل‌زدگی بترتیب دارای میانگین 1.83، 1.82 و 2.00 و انحراف معیار 0.717، 0.792 و 0.803 بودند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که سبک توقع/ کناره‌گیری مربوط به متغیر الگوهای ارتباطی نقش پیش‌بینی کننده‌ای در دل‌زدگی و بی‌ثباتی زناشویی در زوجین دارد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج پژوهش به نظر می‌رسد که بی‌ثباتی زناشویی به‌تنهایی یا به همراه سبک‌های تعاملی زوجین می‌تواند در دل‌زدگی زناشویی زوجین نقش داشته باشد.

investigating the predictive role of communication patterns in marital satisfaction and infertility in infertile women

background & aims: family health is affected by the quality of the spouse's relationship. the communication patterns are among the important criteria of this relationship and facilitate improvement of mental health of the couples. the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the predictive role of communication patterns in marital distress and instability. material & methods: the research method of the present study was descriptive-analytical of predictive correlation type. the statistical population of the study included all couples referred to the gynecology and obstetrics clinic of ali-ibn-abi-talib infertility center in zahedan, iran. in this research, 60 infertile women were selected randomly using available sampling method. data analysis was done using spss software version 24. results: the obtained results showed that the three variables of communication pattern, instability, and discouragement had means of 1.83, 1.82, and 2.00 and standard deviations of 0.717, 0.792, and 0.803, respectively. conclusions: the results of the study indicated that the expectation/withdrawal style related to the variable of communication patterns has a predictive role in marital distress and marital instability of the couples. it is also clear from the results of the research that the marital instability alone or together with the interaction styles of the couples could play a role in marital distress of the couples.
