مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش احیای قلبی ریوی کودکان با دو روش اپلیکیشن کاربردی گوشی هوشمند و شبیه‌سازی بر مهارت پرستاران

پیش‌زمینه و هدف: آموزش پرستاران و ضرورت به‌روز شدن روند عملیات احیای قلبی-ریوی بخصوص در کودکان از اهمیت بالایی برخورداراست. بر این اساس این مطالعه باهدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش احیای قلبی- ریوی کودکان به دو روش اپلیکیشن کاربردی گوشی هوشمند و شبیه‌سازی بر مهارت پرستاران صورت گرفت.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه تجربی بود که بر روی 90 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در دو بیمارستان وابسته به سازمان تامین اجتماعی تهران در سال 1399 انجام گرفته است. پرستاران به‌صورت تصادفی در‌ گروه شبیه‌سازی‌شده و اپلیکیشن کاربردی گوشی هوشمند قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه یک اپلیکیشن کاربردی توسط تیم تحقیق طراحی شد تا محتوای آموزشی بر روی گوشی شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه نصب شود و اجرای مطالعه به دو روش انجام گیرد. از چک‌لیست احیای قلبی-ریوی انجمن قلب آمریکا سال 2015 برای تعیین مهارت پرستاران قبل از مداخله و چهار هفته بعد از مداخله استفاده گردید. سپس با استفاده از نسخه spss18 آزمون‌های کای دو، تی مستقل، تی زوجی و آنالیز کوواریانس استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: قبل از مداخله بین دو گروه ازنظر میانگین نمره مهارت احیای قلبی-ریوی اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت، اما چهار هفته بعد از آموزش این اختلاف معنی‌دار بود . (p = 0.014) افزایش نمره مهارت احیای قلبی-ریوی کودکان به‌صورت درون‌گروهی نیز در پرستاران گروه اپلیکیشن کاربردی گوشی هوشمند به‌صورت معنی‌داری از گروه شبیه‌سازی بیشتر بود (p=0.008).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان‌دهنده موثرتر بودن اجرای اپلیکیشن کاربردی گوشی هوشمند بر مهارت پرستاران در اجرای احیای قلبی-ریوی کودکان است. لذا، این روش به‌عنوان راهکاری کم‌هزینه‌تر و قابل‌دسترس‌تر برای ارتقای عملکرد پرستاران در‌ رابطه با ‌احیای قلبی-ریوی کودکان توصیه می‌گردد.

comparison of the effectiveness of children's cardiopulmonary resuscitation training with two methods of smartphone application and simulation on nurses' skills

background & aim: training nurses and updating the cardiopulmonary resuscitation process, especially in children, is critical. this study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for children using a smartphone application and a method of simulation of nurses’ skills.materials & methods: this semi-experimental study was conducted on 90 nurses working in two hospitals affiliated with tehran social security organization in 2020. the nurses were randomly assigned to the simulated and smartphone application groups. in this study, the research team designed a practical application so that the educational content be installed on the participants’ phone and conduct the survey in two ways. the cardiopulmonary resuscitation checklist of the american heart association in 2015 was used to determine the skills of nurses before and four weeks after the intervention. then, chi-square, independent t, and paired t test as well as covariance analysis were done using spss 18 version.results: before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups regarding the mean cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill score, but this difference was significant four weeks after the training (p = 0.014). the increase in children’s cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill scores in the smartphone application group was significantly more than them in the simulation group (p=0.008).conclusion: the results show that the implementation of the smartphone application is more effective on the nurses’ skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation of children. therefore, this method is recommended as a less expensive but more accessible solution to improve the performance of nurses concerning cardiopulmonary resuscitation of children.
